Well really felt like having Popeyes chicken today. The chicken I was served tasted like it was sitting for hours. It was not good at all so I wound up throwing it away. This will be my last time going to Popeyes never again.

I'm not exactly sure what is going on in this establishment but should Popeyes continue to travel down this path I'm not sure the people in naugatuck will be too happy about them being here.On April 1 i got the biggest April fools joke in my order of honey barbeque wings. They served me up 6 pieces of wings and then splatter some barbeque sauce in the top of the cover and sent me on my merry way.As convenient as it is to have them here I'll go some where else where the service and food presented matches what I paid for. This location is a solid joke.

I asked for the premium lemonade the cashier said they don’t have that and they never did. Strange I pull up to the driveway window I see the premium lemonade in the back. I asked the cashier what’s that she goes oh that’s the same thing as Minute Maid. No ma'am it is not. She proceeds to roll her eyes and give me an attitude. They need to do better food is never hot and fresh and also they skimp on portion sizes. They need to do better or y’all will be shut down.

Very slow service if you're a walk-in customer as they apparently put a priority on drive-thru. Chicken wings were good but "Cajun" fries are mediocre & fountain drink is weak. Management apparently cutting corners on customer service by being understaffed

First they didn't give e me my change until after they gave me the food like they wanted me to "conveniently " grab my food and forget my change.Then forget to give me my sauce so I had to turn around 10 minutes wasted. The chicken was old and was gross tasting. Won't be back. Talk about cutting corners... they won't last to long with service like this. ?
I don’t understand some of these low reviews. I’ve been here at least a dozen times since they’ve opened, and they’ve been consistently good each time. Never an issue. Food has always been hot and tasted

Really sad… I gave them multiple tries even after they continued to mess up every single time I visited there but they lack the effort to improve in anyway at all so I finally give up. Would not recommend going to this Popeyes in anyway at all, better off going to the Waterbury one instead.Every single visit I go to the drive thru, not exaggerating, I have to repeat my order about 3-4 times until they continue to not understand what I wanted. I then have to go to the window and explain it slowly to them even though I have a typical meal of 2 combos which isn’t complicated at all. I drive off to realize they still missed 1-2 items that I wanted, Forcing me to either go around through the drive thru again and tell them what was missing or just go inside and wait in a line that’s always behind. I am local to Naugatuck and was excited for the opening up Popeyes but every single time I’ve went here, it’s nothing but complications. After my last visit where I got a belittling attitude from the manager practically blaming me why my order was wrong after THEY messed up, and I just politely mentioned it to them, that was the last straw.Most of the workers lack English proficiency so on top of it, ordering is more than a difficult task for me and most certainly them. Unless you’re bilingual, good luck having a seamless experience ordering.Disappointed, better off shutting this establishment down. 0/10

Don't go here!!!!! You will regret it waited 8 mins for them to tell me they didn't have any chicken ready and it would be a good 10 mins maybe more at 630pm on a sat night with no cars in the parking lot and no one in line.....like really a chicken place that don't have chicken.......and the time before that I went it took 45 mins to get my order for lunch......stay away from this place the food is awful and inside is dirty go to the one off Thomson Ave 1000 better
