The food was so good...authentic experience 100%... the bread even gets imported from Philadelphia. Bacon was cooked perfect! The sliced ribeye was the chef's kiss! Shout out to the cook, her name was Amber and shawty clearly knows what she's doing on that grill!! Taste of Philly is the perfect way to describe this place!! It's an experience of Philly here in New Haven, as a CT resident that loves visiting Philly for the history and the food this is perfect!! I'll be back fasho!
I had heard really good things about Phillys, and while we were in New Haven craving a cheesesteak, we figured we should check them out. The food is a 10/10 - definitely a delicious and legit cheesesteak, and they even get their bread from Amoroso's making it as authentic as they can. Not many people in our area are doing that!
