I work in the plaza and came here multiple times during the summer and beginning of fall with no issues. I was easily spending over $50/week on myself. The staff was so friendly and genuine. Since the staff turn over I barely come in. The girls who work the counter are patronizing and rude. Nobody smiles or greets. They are not helpful, proactive or pleasant to interact with. I just have to say I love Jersey Mike's Subs. They beat the pants off of any other sub place that I've been to here in Connecticut. Make sure not to ask for anything extra until you've eaten one ( they don't skimp) And if you're ordering online Try to make be sure to be very specific about what you want and don't want on your sub.
