Handicap parking and entrance is a joke. In the main parking lot there is one handicap spot but no ramp for the entrance. The one spot with the ramp is in front of the employee parking, the other side of the building and off the side street. Went to enter and the only door for wheelchairs is locked. Would not return with a wheelchair bound person.Wheelchair accessibility: Not good, only one spot, hard to find, not easy to roll through, doors have to be held open.

I would love to give 5 stars to all because, food was delicious, service was amazing and the place was clean, beautiful and cozy… the only thing that I didn’t like was the mandatory gratuity that was on the initial bill ( more than 20%) and at the time of final receipt another space for more tip… I believe people will be generous if this “detail” on the tip/ gratuity will NOT be forced.

Sent to email withou response so sending in reviews….Dear Owner/manager,I visited your restaurant yesterday. My brother had taken me there before he passed away. He was a food connoisseur and loved your place. I came to love it too, so yesterday I brought a friend, raving about how good it was.We sat at the bar and waited about 10 min. and no one came. I went into the other room and asked the young man behind the counter where the bathroom was. He looked up from his phone, motioned, and went back to his phone. I noticed a couple tables had people eating at them but I saw no other staff around. I returned to the bar and we waited another 5 min. and left. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I felt foolish for bringing my friend. We headed for NL.I wanted to email as I believe that is a much better way of letting you know than a public review. Frankly I always thought your place was the best in town but my opinion has changed after this visit. What a disapointment.

We had a large party of athletes to feed after our game. Late at night. We are from hours away and were not familiar with the area. I found them online and loved what I found. When I got into town I went to visit in person and it was even better. What a beautiful, clean and well maintained restaurant. Friendly and warm staff from the moment I entered. Lovely environment and service that truly makes you feel welcomed like family. The food is fresh, the flavor is authentic and homemade. The menu is full of wonderful choices. We even had two gluten free in our party and they both said the pasta dish they chose was the best they have had. We also tried 4 different pizzas and all were delicious and fresh. A wonderful experience and we are so happy to have visited them. The owner Jack and his wife Donika made sure we were taken care of and took great care to make sure we were happy. It is clear that he makes sure has a staff that feels the same about every customer that comes to Jack's Brick Oven Pizza, this was not special treatment for just us, it was very evident that Jack makes sure everyone feels this way. Fantastic experience. Thank you Jack's Brick Oven Pizza. You made our night very special and memorable.

Excellent fresh garlic knots and pizza. Got one slice and it was huge. Garlic knots were perfect! Service was awesome! Got the food as takeout to eat at my hotel had recommended Jacks and they were absolutely correct to recommend them. It looked nice inside, but I wanted to eat back in my room since the weather was getting worse and I didn't want to be driving in it. I would go back to jacks again next time I'm in the area
