The worst kfc I have ever been to , sad excuse of a manger on shift , she was rotten and rude ,right of the start. And tried 0 customer service tactics but instead tried to threaten me so . I took my money to good ol Burger King and got good food at a great price . Norwich kfc is a sad excuse of a fast food establishment.

It took a long time and nobody was even there. I ordered the 6 piece special with 4 sides (that was advertised to feed multiple people)and a chicken sandwich. The sides were single servings and they forgot my chicken sandwich. Very frustrating to say the least.

We always go into a restaurant to order. As we reached the counter music was playing loudly and definitely was not something that would not offend customers. Two staff members were debating on giving customers extra food for free because they waited 45 mins for their food. In the end they handed out a lot of extra food. The person taking our order was very inattentive constantly talking to the people behind her instead of us yelling out commands. I would absolutely call the atmosphere very inappropriate and like we are in a high school cafeteria. The tables were filthy and there were no trash bags in any bins. We got our food in a reasonable time without any mix ups which was completely surprising. Will not be spending $ here weekly ever again.

This location is terrible. Everytime I order online, the food is never ready even thought the app says it's ready for pickup. I placed the order 2 hours ahead of pickup so that I wouldn't have to wait, but wound up having to wait 30 min.And just tonight, I placed my online order ahead, the app says ready for pick-up. Get there and it was never made. They said it's being made now. 35 minutes later I finally get my food SMHThis location needs better management and/or better crew lead.

WORST KFC EXPERIENCE EVER: Yesterday, I placed my order ahead at 10:43pm. ETA was 10:50pm. To preface, it was a small order. 2 sandwich combos, 5-piece nuggets and 1 large side. When I arrived at the restaurant, they had me pull up to the window, but at about 11:00pm, my order was not ready which at that time was fine. There were no other customers present at the drive thru at this time (inside was closed). I was asked "to pull up to the rail" to wait for my order. After 3-5 minutes, someone came to the door and said it will be another 7 minutes (about 11:06pm). No explanation or apology was given, and I obliged (as I was very hungry and just trying to wait patiently). Another few minutes later, someone else comes out and asked me to pull up into a parking spot to keep waiting (again no explanation or update on my ETA) (about 11:10). At this point, it was 20 minutes after the given ready time of 10:50pm and 10 minutes I had already been waiting since pulling up to the window initially. From here, quite a few cars came and went from the drive-thru. The 7-minute ETA that was given had come and gone (I had been waiting about 15-20 minutes at this point) and no sign of anyone coming with my order. FINALLY, at 11:24 I see the side door open and someone approaching with my order. I had been waiting 24 minutes since arriving there at 11:00pm and that would have been 34 minutes since the given ETA from the app. Furthermore, this was 41 minutes after placing the order. When the man approached my car, again with no apology, I said "wow, that was a really long time" and I was met with a response "i like your car". No acknowledgement of the drastic difference in ETA/timeframe given, nor to my comment regarding the wait at all. "Have a good night" that was all I got from the worker (who seemed to be the person in charge at that time, wearing all black) who truthfully appeared severely unaware of the situation. Upon my arrival home, a few minutes after finally getting my food, the potatoes appeared to be not done completely as they still had flakes and were very lumpy. The nuggets were cold and there was a random piece of corn in my mac and cheese side. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with this experience overall and do not see myself going back to this location any time soon (honestly, I may not go to any KFC location any time soon). & now I see why they only have 2 stars

Terrible service. Ordered food through KFC website, was missing one order of biscuits and one order of side. Called the store to inquire about the missing items in the order, I spoke with a lady named brendaliss and she told me she will be contacting doordash and that she would be calling me back afterwards, she never ended up calling me back. And when I called back, they picked up and hung up the phone immediately 3 times. I will never go back here and I would not recommend it. Called KFC costumer service line and filed a complaint. This location does not care about doing what's right for paying costumers. Just Terrible all around.

I went and ordered 12 piece family meal which came with 12 PCs of chicken; and 3 sides which I ordered 2 mash potatoes and gravy and one Mac and cheese plus a side of Cole slaw. Get home to no gravy at all plus the chicken was so dried out and nasty I didn't even eat the chicken. This is by far the worse experience I have had at a KFC and I paid $50!!!! I was so upset because I was craving KFC!
