IT WAS SO AMAZING!!!!! It was my first time eating chicken sandwich in Popeyes, and it was so different from the other fast food restaurants ???The chicken was so juicy and the buns were so soft!!!And their mashed potatoes with gravy were so delicious too!!! Strongly recommend!!!

First thing you see when you walk in is how immaculately clean this restaurant is. When you walk up to the counter it’s just as clean behind the counter! The person taking the orders was very attentive and thoroughly knowledgeable with the menu and so patient with the person ordering before us. I am a celiac and can’t have certain things so I get the blackened chicken. She informed us that they have blackened tenders as well as the chicken and in original chicken. So happy she took the time to go over the menu items with me it’s rare around here. We sat down to wait for our food and she walked it over to our table when it was ready which was above the norm. Everyone was very professional and proficient. Thank You ! We will be back.Dietary restrictions: Celiac
i usually never write reviews but in this case i felt i had to, we got there and we were standing waiting for service kinda being ignored the first few minutes, after we finally got our food i realized my sandwich was pink. the mac and cheese just tasted old and reheated it was practically grey, couldn’t finish

If I could give zero stars I would gladly. After being told 2 minutes for the chicken and waiting ten. The cashier/manager came back to tell me that it would be an additional 3-4 minutes. At this point I've been waiting a total of 15 minutes. Very frustrating when there is no communication. After I requested a refund, the cashier was visibly annoyed with me. I don't care. She should've communicated real time for me instead of worrying about her cook being mad at her. Ridiculous ‼️‼️‼️
