The middle aged Asian man working behind the counter was rude, he has a judgmental nature to him. You could tell he felt inconvenienced to be doing his job. I honestly don’t understand why people consistently choose occupations that are solely based on customer interaction, if they hate people.

I ordered 2 meals and 3 sandwiches for delivery on the app. I only received the sandwiches. Door dash stated that they were never given the drinks or chips. I called the restaurant for a refund and they told me they couldn't refund me the drinks and chips. They told me I would have to bring the sandwiches in to get a refund. Which is ridiculous, since if I could have picked up the delivery I would have. They were rude, and when I asked for a manager they would not give my call to her, or tell me how I could reach her. Don't order delivery from them. They are thieves.

What an awful location. Arrived to pick up order from the app. This was 6 PM on a weekday. Door was locked with a "Back in 10 minutes" sign on the door. Five minutes later saw two employees inside. Took two tries to get them to not ignore me knocking on the door. Employee who came to the door INCREDIBLY rude, somehow making it seem like I was unreasonable expecting them to actually be open during their opening hours, at prime dinner time, when they already had AND HAD MADE my order. Refused to give a complaints phone number, refused to give her name.Once I got the order, of course, it was wrong. Shocking.

I am not happy because it is Friday August 26,I decided to grab a sub which it has probably been a year since I have had subway, and I went to Salem Turnpike subway, tried to open the door and the time was 8 :40 and there was a sign on the door, on a yellow piece of paper in messy handwriting in pen that said be back in 30 minutes ! I was so craving a sub since it had been so long! I was so mad !

I went into this Subway location in order dinner for my family got home and the bread was completely raw on the bottom of one sub. I called back to be greeted with extremely rude conversation telling me there's nothing they can do about it come back and talk to a manager. So I come back at the time I was told a manager would be there and it is the same employee being even ruder and telling me yes I hung up on you what are you going to do..... Employees told me they were also highly upset with the manager that never showed up that day and the lead sandwich maker was training an employee when she is not even qualified to train an employee is what I was told. A proceeded with my family trip out of town for the weekend and contacted the manager when I return to also tell me there's nothing they can do about it too bad they're short staffed.. overall just completely unacceptable customer service rude and obnoxious to say the least

If I could give zero stars I would. Twice now showed up before posted closing time of 9pm to find the store already closed. I drove 30 minutes to get food and left with nothing. Absolutely furious this keeps

I felt bad for the poor girl the was making me and my husband’s sandwich.(which by the way was awesome) she’s deaf and was left alone for more than a few hours, it’s such a busy store for a person with a disability to be alone in a busy store is bad management from the manager should seriously do a reevaluation on the manager, shame on them.

I went in on the late side. 8pm with a 9pm closing time. I was turned away for being a "walk-in". Sandwiches are by appointment only at a certain hour. Just close earlier.

I work for a large company and we needed to find a restaurant that would do 250 boxed lunches for our employees. The Subway in Norwich CT was the only one willing to help us out. The Manager, Shay, was super helpful! She communicated everything clearly and went above and beyond to help us get everything ready to pick up. She did an excellent job and we will continue to go there for any of our catering needs! If you are in need of catering for any size crowd...call Shay at the Norwich, CT Subway! You won't be disappointed.

Went there to use my 50% off foot long pass, ordered a simple Cold Cut sandwich and it was absolutely pathetic. 6 pieces of meat across the entire thing, bread didn’t taste fresh either so having nothing to fill it made it worse. Just because Subway does this half off promotion doesn’t mean we should get half the quality. So sloppy, do better.
