Unfortunately this is a rough experience. Food is always falling apart, half the time you have to pull forward to wait for it and usually something is missing. Customer service is lacking as well.

This place is a joke, completely wrong order twice. Went inside and the teenagers that were employees were jumping around, cussing at each other just having a good time. I walked right back out, wasn't worth my time. Should just close the location. 0.0 rating

Had to wait close to 40 minutes for our food and the order was wrong. The woman working the register was very friendly and apologetic when she finally gave us our food. I'm sure they're very understaffed but 40 minutes???????

Cashier Tarahzji was rude, inattentive, rarely made eye contact and paid more attention to co-worker getting his food on break. Our order was completely wrong except for the beverage which we got ourselves. There was no one else was in the place and the drive thru was just a few cars. I think everyone was stoned because they screwed up our ordered as follows: we ordered a chicken burrito supreme and got a cheese quesadilla and 3 taco supreme and got two Cheesy Gordita Crunch (I think).
This taco bell sucks. Never orders enough supplies for promotional items.

Food is fine enough. I always have to check my order because 4/5 times they forgot something. It's one of the only places open till 2am in Norwich. I will always choose Taco Bell over McDonald's, so it's got that going for them. It's certain that drunk me will end up here again in the future.Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options for me

Exactly what you'd expect, but I have to sing them for a disgruntled employee visit during our meal. Staff was classy, but we were asked to leave out the side door when we were done. Tip: try the grilled cheese burrito. A new classic.
