“One of the Best Japanese Restaurants in Connecticut if you love Sushi and Sashimi. The Spider roll made with fried soft shell crab is to die for!! My wife had the Dinner Bento Box with the Bento Chicken and loved everything. The service was outstanding. The prices are very reasonable and the portions generous. The soup or salad that comes with the meal is very good. We go to the best rated restaurants in Connecticut and NY. and if they were to improve their ambiance/atmosphere which is a little plain and make the restaurant more romantic it would be a destination restaurant and one of the best anywhere.“

“Excellent food. Tastes like it's made with a lot of care and love. My daughter moved her boba. Said it might have been the best she'd ever had. Gyoza was very good. Ramen was good, not quite what we were expecting though. Golden hot was the best.“

The staff here is very nice also and what stands out is their quality of service. I love seeing good service having been In the service industry doing fine dining for years. Always there for you. It's wonderful for a family dining experience. Defintely swing by for a easy casual bite! There bubble tea is great too :) ? My one feedback is their portion sizes are a little bit small for the price they should make them bigger. “This is my second time coming here within the same month. There’s something for everybody. The food is amazing and the main course portions are definitely more than enough. The staff are very kind and accommodating to any modifications and/or requests. It’s a lovely environment for a regular dinner out, date night, celebration, etc.For the main course menu, you can substitute white rice for fried rice for $3. However, for the cost as well as the portion of meat they give you, the portion of the rice can be a bit more. I also believe the chicken was soggy and could be more crunchy. All in all, the food was still excellent.I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.“

This place is more than just a restaurant--its a community space, an art space, and it has become a home away from home for me. The service is impeccable and owners Jeffrey and Jasmine are always accommodating. On any given evening you will see that over 50 percent of the patrons are regulars. Can’t recommend Momo enough!“

My only critique for my visit was that the fried oysters were boiling hot inside, and I was given no warning. So I burned my mouth a bit. Additionally, the assorted sashimi had a couple duplicate items in it. I would have liked to see each 2 to 3 piece portion as a different fish to taste. Other than that, I think the best thing was the sashimi portions being double what I typically see at a sushi restaurant.“
“I cannot recommend this place enough! Every dish is so fresh and delicious. It doesn't have the heavy oily feeling or taste. I can't help but order hard the menu every time. Some of my personal favorites are the beef fried rice, scallion pancakes, spring rolls, and tonkatsu ramen, the fresh nori and baby Bok Choy are a nice touch. Portion size is amazing. You can't get this kind of value for your money anymore. It's always delivered hot and sealed. I especially like how the ramen container is sealed.“
