“Excellent ice cream, excellent service. This would be 5 stars if it weren't for the panhandler aggressively working the only sitting area.Update: we were on the patio. We had gone to the express window, but while on the patio were harassed by a pan handler.“
“Haven’t been to a Friendly’s in ages because there aren’t many around. The waitress was awesome. Brings back a lot of memories.Kid-friendliness: The fun pack for kids was great and hugely helpful since this was a last minute stop and we didn’t pack any toys.“
“Simple Froyo place, alright selection of flavors that change depends on the season or month.Nice seats outside for the warm weather but the inside isn't anything special. Just a few tables to sit down and little decorations to appreciate so grab your phone and enjoy your froyo to some entertainment of your own.Would love if they had the "shell" syrup that some other froyo places have, it's a really flavorful syrup that hardens quickly to the cold temperatures of the froyo and it adds a nice crunch that I love. It's as if you're biting down on a ice cream cone.Nice employees and good treatment, overall it's a good little spot in Southington for froyo.“
“Icecream flavors were fun and the scoop size is very generous. We had the black raspberry and charcoal flavors.Wonderful ambience. We went in December and so the decoration was holiday themed, but even otherwise I think the space lends to a relaxing atmosphere.Parking: Parking behind the buildingKid-friendliness: Plenty room for kids to sit around“
“Top 5 on our list of favorite CT locations, and thankfully close by! High quality ice cream, family owned, and plenty of flavors for everyone. Plus if you're GF, dairy free, or vegan there is something for everyone! Even GF cones, which are much appreciated, are available on site. I do miss the full restaurant from years past. And the location is not desirable being on the busy Berlin Tpke. They do have some picnic tables out back, but still wish they were downtown in a more family-friendly area (of course, they were here before it got so big in the area!). Also cash only, so don't forget to bring! (They do have an ATM) While the ice cream is incredible and so worth it, prices are getting a little high compared to other farm-fresh places that are not cash-only (Almost $6 for a small 1 scoop cone/dish, if that's important to you). Better value to get the 2 scoops+ when you are hungrier or can take some home. They also have a great value "flight" of scoops you can share. Highly recommend!“
“There’s really nothing negative I could ever say about Rita’s. Specifically this location has some of the best service I experienced, especially for a chain eatery. Love coming here, too bad it wasn’t open year around! Yet, again, if it was I think I’d be 1000lbs because I come so often!!! These kids deserve a raise for how outstanding they treat their customers!!!“
“Crumbl Cookies is a delightful haven for cookie enthusiasts! From their ever-rotating selection of delectable flavors to their commitment to freshness and quality, every visit is a treat for the senses. Each cookie is a perfect balance of softness and chewiness, and their generous size ensures satisfaction with every bite. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff only add to the overall wonderful experience. Whether you're treating yourself or sharing with loved ones, Crumbl Cookies never disappoints. Highly recommend giving them a try for a sweet indulgence that will leave you craving more!“
“Ok, now I've eaten there many times. The pizza is like a New York style thin crust which makes the toppings explode. The meat toppings are real and fresh. The steak grinder or sandwich I recommend with fresh mushrooms and what I love and they have Swiss Cheese which most places don't carry,I love it oh the breakfast sandwich with anything you want on it awesome and FREE COFFEE ALL DAY !!!!!, And the price is better than any pizza ? place around so go on down...Thank you for reading!!!“
“Right near my house, nice family owned small businesses. Ice cream is great, prices are great and very clean. Some recommendations I have is to add more tables to sit at. My little ones can’t sit at the high tops. Also, take payment before you make the ice cream. I realized the last two times it was so difficult to pay after I had my cone.I would recommend some updating the interior and some painting/renovations to freshen the place up. Also, maybe add more chairs outside to the other side of the door, or even block off 1 parking spot right in front to add tables/chairs.Overall, great ice cream, super friendly caring owners who make you feel at home, great prices and service! Thank you Dunphy’s!“
“Sometimes nothing but a Buster Bar will do! Or a Blizzard! And this place is a touch of perfect nostalgia with your favorite DQ treats. Not fancy but clean. Walk up windows, friendly staff and tables to enjoy a treat outside. Sometimes that's all you need.“
