“Love to get my iced teas here, fresh blended of course. So much to look at down to hand crafted hot sauces with interesting takes, to the cutest axolotl, antique jewelry, & books from when you were a child that bring nostalgia. Wander down & take a look!“

“Saw a sign on the side of the road and since I’m a coffee junkie I decided to stop in. And here I am back again for a repeat cup because it is so good!! Come support this small business and get a delicious cup of coffee and excellent sandwich/wrap options! If you’re walking the Farmington trail, this cafe is right off of it, so you can easily grab a coffee or a treat while you’re taking a stroll. Will definitely be back!“
“Great atmosphere! Came for pre-turkey day trivia which also was a blanket drive-- good cause! We like ciders and sours so did a flight with Sucker Punch'd and Scorpion Bowl being our favorites! Service was fast, friendly and helpful (the keg of scorpion kicking with my pour so they have me another of my choice, which was awesome). Would def stop in again!“
“One of my favorite go-to breweries in New Britain! Have only had good experiences with the service here, everyone's always very friendly and personable! Great spot for big groups, as it's super spacious. Also, dog friendly!! My little guy loves to join me and my friends for a night out, enjoying his own special dog beer! The human beers are great too with a large selection, highly recommend!!“

“Picked up lunch today and brought it home. Excellent food! The goobkwr was outstanding and hubby loves the jalapeno popper dog. Also got Mac & cheese and the baked beans which I highly recommend and of course the salty balls. Had to also get the T-shirt too. Best food in the area. Makes me miss summer cookouts and was a nice break for all the holiday craziness and foods.“

“Hidden in the corner, somewhere in Newington. Tokyo Cafe was a pleasantly delicious and wholesome surprise. My partner and I decided to venture out and try somewhere new and we may have just found our new regular spot. The dining room doesn’t have too much seating (6-8 tables max) and I would definitely consider it an intimate but cozy vibe. We frequent sushi of all calibers, this isn’t meant to be compared to Nobu or other establishments of the sort. It is an excellent neighborhood sushi restaurant. The food was fresh and delectable . My partner really enjoyed the Kani Salad as an appetizer. She said it was unique in taste and refreshing. I had a house salad with ginger dressing and the miso soup which was just what I wanted and what you would expect. We also shared the Pepper Tuna Tataki ??? absolutely delightful. I must mention all from the dressing to the consistency of the kani salad, this wasn’t the generic all you can eat, run of the mill spot. The very nice lady that waited on us was very attentive and put care into her work. The Sushi Itamae delivered with a beautiful presentation and construction of the “Sushi Sashimi Combo 4 Us”. We finished the meal off with some fried ice cream and left happy and full. I would recommend this place and we will be returning.“

“One of the best food places in west Hartford. Truly impressed with the chef’s talent. The flatbread was phenomenal- we got the wild mushroom which is drizzled in truffle dressing. An absolute must try, one of the best flatbreads I’ve had. The couscous is a staple and delicious but the prize went to the duck confit and wild mushroom ravioli. So much flavor, and the ingredients compliment each other very well in this dish. The only somewhat down side is that it is a smaller space, so you may require a reservation“

“Good hot dog, chili, and cheese sauce. If there is a line don't worry, it goes fast. Parking is a bit wonky but don't let that discourage you. Owner parks their cool looking classic car up front and I always stop to check them out while enjoying a chili cheese dog. I would review other things they sell but they are so good, I don't want anything else.“

“This spot is one of my go to restaurants. The food is creative and locally sourced, there are fun specials, the cocktails are hit/miss. Service depends on how busy the restaurant is, it seems like the servers get relatively large sections so when it's busy you might not see your server for a while but they are very attentive when you can get a hold of them. The dessert and coffee is always very good!“
“We hosted our friend’s Celebration of Life at WeHa. Cody was flexible with us about the date/timing of the party as it coincided with an already pre-planned event. Additionally, he was very responsive to our many emails! The venue was beautiful, and it was a great location to get 100 people together to raise a glass to our live who passed.“

“The coffee is amazing, latte is hot and delicious, espresso is full bodied. Closest thing to Italy in the area taste-wise.Finally decided to try a pastry, a croissant, and it was absolutely disgusting. It was mushy, stale, had a foul sweet after taste. It really should be removed from their “

“I cannot say enough good things about this food truck and the wonderful people that run it! Owners are sweet, kind and caring. I had the lobster roll and clam strip roll. My boyfriend had the spicy fries and fried pickles (he’s vegan). The lobster roll was out of this world! So delicious, warm and buttery! I was amazed at how much lobster meat they included! Clam strip roll was pretty delicious and the sides my boyfriend ordered were so yummy! Cannot wait to try the lobster grilled cheese next time. Thank you Lobster Tales for a wonderful experience! Do yourself a favor and try them out! You won’t regret it!UPDATE: I tried the Lobster Grilled Cheese and wow! Wow, wow, wow! What a blessing for my taste buds! They are geniuses! Years and plenty of trips later, I stand true to my word! The food is incredible, the staff is kind and it’s an experience you won’t forget!! You’re probably thinking, it’s just a food truck, it’s not a big deal. It IS a big deal! Not only are you blessed with delicious lobster rolls that are overflowing with lobster meat along with delicious sides and yummy soda, you are also met with the kindest owners and staff who treat you like family and like one of their own! I even had a chance to talk to the owner because she decided to take time out of her day to approach me and thank me for the kind words that I had mentioned as I grabbed my food. How often do you get that?? I am and will forever be a Lobster Tales food truck fan and have been telling everyone I know about them! They truly are too good to be true! I’m just so grateful to have experienced their kindness and enjoyed their ridiculously delicious food! They are worth the drive! Please try them out! ❤️ ❤️Btw, I have driven across state lines and have taken long trips JUST to enjoy their food. They are THAT good! You won’t regret it! “I ordered the small meatball salad and garlic knots, they were awesome! The meatballs were sliced and it was a good portion size. The garlic knots were cooked well and the flavor was good. I'll definitely be ordering from Empire again.“

“Richard is the best employee I have ever interacted with at Pokeworks. I first met him at the Pokeworks in Glastonbury. After they closed, I was thrilled to see him working at the West Hartford location. Richard is always extremely polite, accommodating, and has the BEST attitude all the time. Thank you Richard!“

“One of the best bars in Southington. The wings are locally famous and award-winning, and for good reason! Service is good, the menu has plenty of options, and there's always some form of music, either live bands or karaoke. And if the place is full, order your meal to-go and take it to the brewery across the street.“

“Ordered appetizers of onion rings and calamari. It was so delicious I didn't even. Snap a pic! It was literally inhaled. For the main course I ordered the Cobb salad with a add on protein. I choose steak rare. It was to die for!Dietary restrictions: They are very open to changes and questions asked about ingredients.Parking: Lots of parking . Regular and handicap.Kid-friendliness: Had a well rounded child menuWheelchair accessibility: I was able to use the rear entrance opened by staff that was right near the handicap parking. Which was awesome since my dining companion was elderly and handicapped. The bar area though does have a small flight of stairs up. It does have a hand rail if your ambulatory. There are tables on the first floor available if wheel chair use is required. You are by the pool table, awesome basketball score shooter and other games.“

“Hi there. I stopped by here today for the first time and what a charming place. From The accommodation The establishment, the elegance, the cleanliness and its outstanding service. Juan welcomed me and the birthday boy, which was what prompted the visit, and they were more than spoiled. Even Musica was dedicated to him and his well-deserved congratulations. Lots of attention and very delicious food. The Strawberry margarita did not disappoint. And ultimately I see them back“
“The wife and I have been here too many times too count. They are a little expensive, but the ice cream is good, so you don't mind spending a little more.I really like the Southington Salted Caramel. It has walnuts in it. There are different cones to choose from or you may opt to get it in a cup. The portions look to be more in line with the cost, judging by the size of our ice creams on our most recent visit. The staff is friendly. The place was fairly busy when we went, but I' m happy to say Frisbie's and their staff has the Covid-19 safety precautions in place that one would expect. This place is a true asset to the community. Thanks!Update (5/27/2023);Stopped by here and got ice cream for dessert. I had the Rocky Hill Road & it was good as most of the flavors here. The staff was friendly and helpful.“

“Had the privilege of eating here today. As a person who doesn’t eat out often, and loves to cook I was very impressed by this place! We went for lunch and I had the double burger with grilled veggies and my mom had the lamb gyro. They catered to my dietary needs and were very friendly. My mom said it was the best gyro she has ever had, and my burgers were so delish and cooked perfectly. I can’t wait to try their oxtail cabbage soup. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back when I’m in the area.“
