“The Bees Knees is a small restaurant that has excellent quality of food and great service. It was recommended to me by a family member who lives in that area and she said I would love it and I did! I can't remember the name of the salad I had but it was delicious and my nephew ordered the same thing. We both also added the crispy tofu to the salad and we both enjoyed it. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be going back to try other things from the menu.Vegetarian options: The salad we had was vegetarian and we ordered it with vegan goat cheese and crispy tofu and it was excellent.“

“We hired Kiki's Kitchen to cater our son's baptism last fall and we were so happy with the service. Kiki was easy to speak to, accommodated our many allergen requests and went out of her way to make sure we received everything we wanted and were satisfied. She was even able to make a delivery happen even though it was not available at that time. The vegan mousaka was delicious! And all the guests raved about the truffle mac and cheese. We were very happy that we chose Kiki's! We also make sure to order every time my in laws are in town because she has such an extensive gluten free/ dairy free menu. Their go to's are the chicken Mediterranean bowl and the steak Calabrian wrap (for the unrestricted guys). You won't be disappointed!“

“I’m not a review writer, but felt compelled to review this restaurant. The food is delicious. The service by the owner was beyond what I’ve experienced. I’m copying the decor in the bathroom in my own house. It was so well done! I’m a picky coffee drinker and would stop back in just for the delicious coffee in the beautiful mugs.I’m anaphylaxis reaction allergic to sesame. A main ingredient of all vegan restaurants. A fact which makes me nervous to dine in any restaurant with more than one sesame dish on the menu. The owner (also our server) clearly understood what an allergy meant and its import. She was honest to tell me that my options were limited because of their long time and ubiquitous use of sesame. I ordered the first item that caught my eye anyway, which was a strawberry salad. She told me that she used all fresh ingredients that she pulled from the refrigerator to ensure that nothing that was on my plate even ever had the chance to touch anything Sesame. My friend, who has eaten here before assured me all of the menu items are delicious, but this experience allowed me to enjoy my delicious salad without fear a first in a long while. Anyone who loves delicious food in an atmosphere you can Immediately identify as home, needs to go to Arles and Boggs.Vegetarian options: All vegan.Dietary restrictions: Owner knows and appreciates dietary restrictions. “Living so close to Sultan’s and driving by for over a decade, I always wondered what it was like. We finally went for dinner and the belly dancing show, and our expectations were exceeded! Everything was absolutely incredible here - their menu is huge, the staff was knowledgeable about the food and very friendly, and the food came out quickly despite how packed they were with multiple large parties. I thought the lamb kofte was so tender and perfectly cooked. You have to order the mixed cold dips platter too! The belly dancing show was so fun to watch, and we had such a great time that we decided to bring my grandfather here 2 weeks later for his birthday. All we can say is we can’t believe we hadn’t visited sooner! We will definitely be regulars now.“

“Called a week in advance to book a 2pm lunch/dinner on Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend with family coming from various states across the Northeast. Over the phone the hostess was extremely friendly and found a spot for our group of 10-11 people at 2:30 today. The hostess over the phone warned us that we would have to go up and down stairs to get to the room which we greatly appreciated because we had some elderly members of the group who were able to prepare for the stairs in advance.Upon arriving we were promptly seated in the green room upstairs which was the perfect size for our moderate sized party. The room was great for conversation because it was away from the hubbub of the rest of the restaurant and we were all around one large table. This also made sharing apps extremely easy which we enjoyed. Our waitress, Kelly, was absolutely phenomenal. She took careful consideration of when to put in our food so as to not crowd the table with plates too soon after we got our appetizers. The overall pacing, presentation, and flavor of all the drinks and food was amazing and everyone left extremely satisfied. As someone who is from CT and who planned the get together with family for this weekend, I couldn’t be happier with how J Tim’s and Kelly accommodated us. We will definitely be returning in the future for similar events.Only reason 4 stars was given for atmosphere is because it’s tough to tell what is intentionally antique in the restaurant and what paints, light switches, etc are genuinely in need of repair or cleaning. I understand the building has been around for generations, and this by no means will make me not want to eat there…but I do think there’s a fine line between restoring/preserving a historic building and performing necessary upkeep, maintenance, and replacement of small things such as cracking paint or water damaged areas.“

My favorite was the mashed potato grilled cheese! They have some delicious sides too. The staff was so friendly, and it was very charming inside. I already can’t wait for the next time I have a weekday home from work so I can stop by for lunch!“

“Everytime we come back to visit family and near where we used to live we have to swing by Dunya. Always reliable for the best tasting middle eastern food in the area. Dunya fries and meat pies are always the OG order, we also went for the spinach feta phyllo and lamb kebab over rice. Service is great and everyone is just so friendly and willing to explain any of their menu items or even the items within the retail section of the store. It's very cluttered and product is always coming in. Sliding down the aisles for tahini or dates is just part of the fun, looking for spices to bring home or trying something new.“

There are some limited outdoor seating options too (this is in February, so there might be more tables when it's warmer). “Oh my god. The food is so good. The parking is horrible however the food more than makes up for it. We had trouble getting here since they opened but finally could and I'm so mad we waited to come here so long. Being vegetarian it's hard to find good food that isn't boring. Problem forever solved here. Husband and I both got the vegetable Pad See Ew. It's amazing. I couldn't stop eating it and pretty much inhaled the food it's that good. The portions are generous and even with as much as I ate I slowed down and had to bring some home. As for the restaurant itself, at the time we went it's very sensory friendly for autistic people like me. The music is nice and muted. The colors are dark and comfortable. The chairs are comfy. The lighting it dim and warm. No real sounds from the kitchen. Of course we went and were the only people there because we eat early, but it was perfect for me and for us in general. “Bakery On Maple is a fantastic gem located near Federal Hill. Their baked goods are without a doubt some of the best we've had. Their cinnamon rolls might be the best example of "max" cinnamon taste without being overpowered, their croissants are so light & flakey, the gingerbread bar while thick, was very soft to bite into & had such rich flavor - we loved the chocolate cupcake (fantastic chocolate cream!) and their macarons are simply delicious - probably my wife's favorite but so close. Not only did he wait for 30 mins for us to arrive, we were greeted with smiles and great customer service. We were considering the catering services for hot dogs and hamburgers but Trevor was right…after trying his j*** chicken, barbecue chicken, brisket, and pull pork we are now reconsidering a different menu for our catering event! If you don't like making decision then not your place. If you like building then that's not a negative. My egg sandwich was with cheese and bacon. The cheese was almost non existent (one slice) and egg was plain. I don't think this is awesome. But it is good.“

It wasn’t just one person but at least 2 or 3 interrupting me when I was trying to talk. I’m just very disappointed because I have wanted to come here for a long time and chose to spend my anniversary here to just be disappointed.“
