“This was the first time for us trying Niuda Noodle & Sushi. The ramen bowls we had were quite tasty (Braised Beef noodle and Tonkotsu) and satisfying. The staff was friendly and the restaurant, while small just had a nice vibe to it. I'm looking forward to my next meal there to try something else.“

But they needed a bit more time in the fryer as the centers were cold/under a bit so this was mixed bag.On to the main event here. The headliners were:Rare Beef PhoGarlic Stir Fry w/ Crunchy ChickenThe Pho itself was kinda on the salty side which was a letdown but the flavors were a knockout and the rare beef? Actually tender & rare thin slices of good quality beef!! Score!It came w all the fixins and everything tasted fresh. ?The garlic stir fry again was a bit on the salty side but the flavors here were aces!! Thin sliced tender pieces of ginger that didn't overwhelm the palate. Then you finish it off w some of the crispitty crunchiest chicken ya ever bit into and you have yourself a little happy dance ?They put out some legit eats here and it's worth a stop...if your sensitive to salt ask for it to be toned down. Outside of that enjoy the transport to a Vietnamese paradise.“

“We went not knowing soft opening. Food and staff was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: It was my daughters 18th birthday. There are no GF items on dessert menu which she was fine with.. but they took the time to create a dessert for her birthday and sing. I cannot say enough“

“I went here for lunch during the weekday. It wasn't busy. The service was good. Got a shrimp tempura lunch box, which was not bad. The portion was good for the price and comes with a variety of stuff, 4 California rolls, 4 mini shrimp dumplings, shrimp tempura, fried vegetables, and white rice. I will return to try other food.“

“I can't complain much, I think overall the food was above average. Better than most chinese take out restaurants! I will be coming back. However, the general tso chicken was very very dry and chewy. I hope they can do better on it next time. Service was good, food reasy on time and all.“
