“Def 5 stars for the fantastic sushi place. Kaji's food and ambiance was very nice with a large full bar and we always enjoyed our family dinner there. Kaji is the only one spot in GC that my family and I will go for Japanese food for years and years. They have a pretty decent lunch menu and catering platter. Su & Sa for 2 or su for 2 are very fresh and great presentation which came with 2 special rolls. All lunches and entree come with soup and salad. Over all, we always had great service and the best sushi ever at kaji. Highly recommend to others. I was waiting for a while for my order even though place was not busy. I would come back to try poke bowl if I would be in the area, but wouldn’t drive there just for the food.“

The sesame noodles are a ginormous portion, the buns and chicken were great, the chicken was big white meat pieces, the mango in the mango tuna roll could have been sweeter but its not in season so makes sense.“
“Maybe I am living in 2019 but I found the food prices to be rather high. Portions were not overly generous, either. But what we did get was excellent. Wonton soup was the best I have had anywhere. Scallion pancake tasty but not too greasy, as it can be elsewhere. Chicken and broccoli, orange beef, and lo mein had the rest of my party raving. “Great place. We lived in Long Beach for 3 lovely years until the rent became exorbitant. This was our only sushi hangout. Small, hole in the wall joint but the food...o so sublime. We live 20 miles away now but still go regularly. Rolls are fantastic, their unagi Don is delicious. Everything is great. Highly recommend. Friendly, personal service.“

“First of all, I wanna say the only reason why I ended up going to dinner there was because of the naruto picture on the front of the menu. I am a naruto fan and walking in there it had a great naruto feel to it. Now, the food the food was amazing. I only got 2 dishes because I never been there before and I went simple fried rice and some chicken and the rice was amazing. The chicken was crispy and delicious. I can't wait to go back to try the other dishes. I do not try the ramen and we all know Naruto is known for ramen. Trust me I will be going back to try the ramen. I will update as soon as I can ?“

I went here for a good dinner and was able to try a good spread of sushi for a reasonable cost.We started with the pork gyoza, which was nice and pan-fried with a side of the classic ginger sauce. For rolls, we tried the Philly roll, atlantic beach roll, pink panther roll, and million dollar roll. It’s too thick, should be lightly coated, half meat and half batter. Outside is very crispy. The sauce is a bit sweet than I like.Thai Curry Chicken - 5/5. I usually don’t like this dish, my wife loves it. But with this dish, I couldn’t stop eating it. Flavor is 5/5, one of the best I had so far. Sauce is thicker than usual but I think it works for this dish, more flavor instead of the liquidity sauce other takeout places make it.Egg rolls. 4.0/5. Very crispy on outside. Flavor is 4.5/5. What makes this dish rated poorly is the filling, it’s mushy. Had far worse egg rolls but wish it wasn’t mushy. Flavor is certainly there.There are 3 tables for dine in, two 4 seaters, one 2 seater.If you dine in, you’ll get thick Dixie/Walmart generic quality disposable plates, not the flimsy pizza paper plates or styrofoam plates like many other places serve. Utensils also nice decent quality that you can actually use to cut meat with, not the thin plastic flimsy knives that bend.Service was top notch considering for a takeout place, guy brought out the food twice on a tray as it was ready. “I think we are practically family with this business. We order a variety of foods that were very delicious. My new favorite lately would be the boneless spare ribs with the pork fried rice. The flavor and stickiness of the ribs and the deliciousness of the rice. Loved that the rice is never oily yet full of flavor. They are also very flexible and willing to customize many of the pairings for the dish which has been outstanding for my low carb endeavors every so often.“

“Takeout/visit date: September 8, 2022I've been here before but haven't gotten to eat anything yet. I deliver for uber eats now as a side job so I'm ducking in and out of restaurants to pick up food for people. I decided to order for pick up on door dash, eventually I've got to get membership with uber eats over door dash but for now I drive for uber eats but use door dash to make use of my yearly membership. I probably should have ordered quicker so that's my own fault but when I got there my personal food was going to take awhile. I was delivering one order for uber on my lunch break. So I thought I'd have enough time to get the person their order and come back for mine before my lunch break was over but I did not and I was about ten minutes late back to my regular job. I liked the sesame tofu, the sauce was good, the rice was good too. However I did feel for a lunch special it was on the pricier side maybe because the food is kosher. The tofu was softer than I would have liked, it's hard to get a chinese place to make the tofu nice and firm like chicken but it was still good. I'd come here again if I gave myself more ordering time. Or just had time to wait for my food.“

“I went to visit my brother and mom, and we decided to try this place for the first time, we had take out, the food was very good but the shrimp in the entrées were small. We expected the shrimp to be larger especially for an entrée. I would recommend changing the entrée dishes to larger shrimps, and the portions were generous. I would go back and try other dishes.“

“I've been here three times with three different groups of friends and they've all loved this place. I always get sushi however one person I went with didn't eat sushi, but he loved the General Tso's chicken. They have a great assortment and diversity of selections on their menu. Their sushi is very fresh, beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. There are plenty of cooked options as well for people who do not eat sushi. The ambience is nice with a smaller sized dining room, and the service is outstanding. It's nice because the servers are on top of your meal/order without being on top of your table. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to go back again.“
