“The employees are always so kind here and they make the drinks right 98% of the time, when they don’t you tell them and they fix it without hesitation. It’s very clean and I see a group of older guys always hanging out here as there hang out spot. Very sweet.“
“I have been coming here for the past 3 years at least 3 times a week. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is because a lady with the name Karmela is nothing but amazing.Super sweet and kind. She does an amazing job taking care of customers.“
“The donuts here are definitely much better than most any place in Ffld County. They are very fluffy/yeasty. The best was when I went at opening time-- so fresh. Tastes like they use real quality ingredients. Even the next day, the donut we saved didn't have that awful bad oil taste. Chocolate one is my favorite. The coffee is good and the avocado toast very fresh and flavorful, at a good price. Wish the service could be friendlier.“
“I’ve ordered via Uber eats from here in the past and liked the donuts, but going in and getting them fresh was much better. Everyone who helped me was so friendly. The inside is really cool and spacious. My favorite donut is definitely the blueberry one and I was so excited to grab the last one. Iced banana bread latte with oat milk was really good too!“
“Simply the B E S T !!! Just stopped by Coffee An' Donut for the first time in decades. They had closed over an hour ago, but as I approached my car to get back in after seeing the sign, a waitress called me back in, asking what I wanted. I ended up with all that I wanted and more! Thank you Coffee An' for still providing great, old school style customer service and making the BEST donuts on earth! 10 stars! ⭐️“
“Great little place situated in the "town center" of Wilton/Redding area. Staff is very friendly and the food is very good too! I got a dozen donuts, a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and a coffee. It was all very yummy and the donuts were definitely a big step up from donut chain places.Parking: It is somewhere between street parking and parking directly in front of the store. Both are available.“
“Editing: I was hangry.. the service really is top notch and they know they can do better (especially when it’s the tail end of a busy Sunday brunch — owner gave me my donut on the house bc they ran out of avocado for their incredibly good “Wilton” breakfast sand. Similarly, when the online order prev weekend didn’t print and I was hanging around for an extra bit gave me the coffee I wanted to purchase on the house as well). They’re a great small business that manages to stay crowded despite heavy competition. Everyone deserves some grace, especially when they’re swamped w/hungry families on a Sunday lol.I’m leaving my original review below..they do seem to have a problem with their online ordering options (any app related orders don’t print thru to kitchen for ex. So they’ll hustle and get your sandies made but defeats point of ordering ahead).“Decent food but the ordering ahead doesn’t work. Placing the order there doesn’t work. They’re busy so things seem to get misplaced..often”“
“Love that they know my order when I pull up to the drive-thru window for my morning latte ☕ . Sometimes they can get busy and I know it's hard to find good help these days but they do the best they can. I appreciate it.Parking: Easy to park plenty of parking in the back also and in the front there is a beautiful small park as seen in the pictures and a beautiful newly renovated road Old Route 7 in Brookfield has granite sidewalks and brick inlay to walk on and drink your coffee and also walk across the street and go for a beautiful walk on the greenway in Brookfield Connecticut and if you need a haircut stop by Gary's barber shop all in the same street. What a spot for a coffee walk and haircut perfect.“
“I rarely write reviews but this deserved it. My first time here and it's not my local DD (I'm in Danbury) but I must commend the customer service from "NILSA". She was fantastic. Not only to me, but as I sat drinking my coffee, I watched NILSA greet every single customer with a friendly smile & hello. She even knew most customer's names. I have never experienced this service at ANY other DD location around the country and I travel alot! Nilsa's customer service needed to be recognized and should be rewarded. I thanked her on my way out as well...Just because of her, I'll drive a little more out of my way and be back!BRAVO, NILSA....Keep up your kind service.. ?“
“Dunkin' is known for its coffee - either you love it or you hate it. The bagel with cream cheese and toasted is pretty good, and if you like donuts, this is your place to be. The lemonade with blueberries was fine but the blueberry taste was very light on the blueberries. Great place for breakfast if you are on the run.“
