They’re a great small business that manages to stay crowded despite heavy competition. “Was in around noon, and my goodness! The workers do not get paid nearly enough for the amount of work they out in. Even when the orders are piling up, and customers are becoming rude due to impatience, they bust through and care about every drink they put out. Be patient if you have to wait for a drink, staffing is limited but the kindness and dedication is abundant“

“Truly the best donuts I’ve had in Connecticut! My favourite was the glazed donut which melts in mouth.I tried the everything bagel too, with cream cheese it was really soft and fresh! Highly recommended.Last but not the least, the ambience and environment of the store has a classic vibe.“

“Second time here. Went once a few years ago. Their specialty donuts are very good such as the cannoli cream and the hostess donut but the plainer basic donuts weren't anything to write home about for me but that is just my opinion as they weren't bad just not my cup of tea. I for sure would get the specialty over the top donuts here again as they do execute them very well. The cream inside of the hostess donut was absolutely delicious. The staff was very nice, the inside is cute and plenty of seating available. Also must add the coffee was good.“
“Great little place situated in the "town center" of Wilton/Redding area. Staff is very friendly and the food is very good too! I got a dozen donuts, a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and a coffee. It was all very yummy and the donuts were definitely a big step up from donut chain places.Parking: It is somewhere between street parking and parking directly in front of the store. Both are available.“
“This particular Donut Delight location is just the best. Donuts and food are good, and coffee is always perfect. The employees here are also exceptionally friendly! Also, whomever is running their drive thru could teach Dunkin and any other drive thru location a thing or two. I've never experienced such consistently efficient drive thru service. You could start in line at the road with ten cars in front of you and the wait is still only a couple of minutes max!“

“I wish that when you renovated glenbrook donut store that you would put a canvas over when you are ordering so you do not get soaking wet you redid your store but you forgot about the people driving up to order and get wet and also it seems like your afternoon or weekend people do not make a better sandwich than the daytime ones I think at your prices it should be done the same all the time for the prices you charge I expect to have a full sandwichVegetarian options: I have been coming there for years mostly with a very good experience but as I said your weekend people do not seem to make sandwiches the way daytime staff does and at your prices I expect to have a full sandwich not a half a full sandwich“

“Always use convenient drive-thru service. Well situated store, easily accessible. Service quality is subject to today's life complexity. Too many available food options coupled with speediness often causes ordering errors. Dunkin' needs to fix this! Maybe have window server quickly review your order before placing? Starbucks uses real-time display screen as order is given... so customer \"helps\" server correct errors!“
“In my opinion this is the best Dunkin Donuts in Norwalk, CT! I've tried them all but keep going back to West Ave. Eventhough there's no drive through, which is a minor inconvenience, I still opt for them because I know my coffee and iced coffee will taste better. “I came here during the afternoon hours while on break from my shift. I'm so confused with some of the current low reviews because whoever is currently running the restaurant is doing a great job. Fast customer service, the place smells good and everything clean. And yes, I did visit the restroom, even the stand with the straws and sugar packets was probably the cleanest I've ever seen from a Dunkin Donuts. The food was also great!“
“This is my go-to Dunkin location. I have been to most others in Stamford and this location is BY FAR the best. I would consider myself a regular and regularly use the app to order ahead (ridiculously convenient). The only time I've had to wait for my order is when they tell me they are brewing a fresh pot (worth the minute or two wait!). The staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful. So nice to be greeted by name with a smile. Even if this isn't the closest Dunkin' to you, believe me - it's worth the trip.“
“The donuts here are definitely much better than most any place in Ffld County. They are very fluffy/yeasty. The best was when I went at opening time-- so fresh. Tastes like they use real quality ingredients. Even the next day, the donut we saved didn't have that awful bad oil taste. Chocolate one is my favorite. The coffee is good and the avocado toast very fresh and flavorful, at a good price. Wish the service could be friendlier.“
