Good staff, good food, good prices and this is the day before the superbowl, they won't be any busier this year and they gave us all their attention.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options, but they were happy to make any vegetable combination I wanted. The sandwich I got had plenty of quality cheese and roasted red peppers. It was my first good experience at a deli in a long time.“
“Really liked this place. They have recently moved to a new spot in Derby that didn't look like it was open, but once I found the spot and went in, I got amazing service. Had placed a large, pretty last minute catering order and they were happy to make it work. Food was great, portion size more than fair for the price, and really nice people. Will use again!“

“Great products but the sandwiches are inconsistent. The lady with the spikey hair is basically an artist and will give you a great sandwich everytime — the younger kids don’t take as much care with it. Still good though. Everything is fresh and delicious.“
“Catered food for my wedding from Rosie’s and my wife and I could not have been more satisfied! The prices were extremely fair, the portions were generous, and the communication was impeccable. “Just went there . No one in front of me . I order 2 eggs scrambled with bacon and white toast . I’m there for about 10min , a guys comes in and says that they don’t have any sausage sandwiches made so they make him one in like 2min .. about 5min later the guys comes out of the back with 5 sandwiches for their pre made heater . Still nothing for me .. Like 5min later the guys comes out with food for another guy that ordered after me ! I waited for about 20min , I asked if mine was coming , the guy says “ oh he’s making it now “ wtf !! So I say give it to someone else and walk out !!! So pissed that I didn’t ask for my $$ back or anything .. just had to walk out !! Never going back“
“Love this place! We just moved to the area and I just googled “delis near me” and I’m so happy we found Cutting Wedge! I’m a creature of habit so I’ve only had the same sandwich 3 different times but it’s phenomenal and the staff is SO KIND! One of the women working even remembered my name after only helping me once before. Great place, highly recommend!!(The #1, spicy on a grinder and an oatmeal raisin cookie is the order, in case you need help deciding!)“

Some American favorite deli items and so much more!I wanted to try something different for breakfast and heard El Sol offered some Latin dishes, so I decided to give it a try.The setup is that of a typical deli, with small tables, a fully stocked chip rack, a large refrigerator with a variety of drinks, a coffee station, and a buffet countertop.The menu includes typical American sandwiches and griddle items, but it also includes Salvadorian and Mexican delicacies. I've stopped by twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch.For breakfast, I ordered the Salvadorian platter, and it was amazing! I ordered my eggs scrambled, and they came accompanied with plantains, refried beans, avocado, and tortillas. Delicious! Today, I stopped by for lunch and ordered the steak nachos. The steak was nicely seasoned and chopped. The nachos were also loaded with cheese, sour cream, refried beans, pico de gallo, and fresh avocado. Very satisfying!I'll definitely stop by again soon!“
“I was working in the area and noticed this place was there, so I gave it a try.I had a tasty Bacon, egg, and cheese on a hard roll. It tasted great, but was a little bit greasy. Then again, it is bacon. Really not too bad, but perhaps worth mentioning.Another bit of information that is worth mentioning is that it is cash only here, but there is an ATM on site.The people that are running it were both really nice and I was in and out quickly, which I really appreciated.They do have a couple/few tables inside if you want to eat your food here.“
