“Fantastic chicken. Crispy, not too salty, tender - great for grinders or straight up. Service is blunt and to the point. Overall, efficient service and fantastic food at a great price. Recommend to those who want a quick stop with good food at a reasonable price.“
“Catered food for my wedding from Rosie’s and my wife and I could not have been more satisfied! The prices were extremely fair, the portions were generous, and the communication was impeccable. I look forward to ordering from them much more in the future and would recommend them to ANYONE who enjoys a good a halal meal!“

“Best breakfast sandwiches in the area. Honestly, I rarely go for lunch but they've been a cornerstone for a solid Egg and Cheese sandwich for me as long as they've been around. Prices are great too and definitely appreciated in this day and age.“
“Sandwiches never disappoint and you can taste the extra effort they put in to give the dishes deep flavor profiles that many delis around simply do not do or possible understand. Becoming very difficult to find this level of deli in CT. Good variety for those with various dietary “
“I have been in probably a thousand of these little stores. This, by far, has to be the cleanest, the nicest, the most inviting convenience store I've ever been in. The cashier is absolutely lovely, and they have a full kitchen Deli in the store! It smells amazing, not like food, and not like incense!“
“I have finally found handmade pierogi that are the closest to the ones my Nana made when I was growing up! The deli/market has so many great items and homemade goodies and takeout... a true gem and I will be going back! Nice folks who are genuine and friendly!“
“Very sweet family owned restaurant! The older man is a pro in the kitchen ! It’s cute seeing the kids come around and interact with the family !! They have a wonderful menu ! Very diverse very respectful ! I adore the seating area right at the entrance! I’ve taken my boys many times and they love it !!“
“Highly recommend this cute little Polish store. They have everything you need to get a feel of Taste of Poland from good beer, cookies, candy, pastries and much meats and delicious to go dinners for those that don’t like to cook :) like me lol - delicious dinners and soups. And, last but not least - very great and friendly store staff :)“
“Great Service and delicious food. I ordered two 3 foot sandwiches; Italian combo, and Italian turkey, what a hit , absolutely outstanding. The bread was fresh. My only regret is, I did not order a third sandwich just for me, lol, but excellent customer service, and guidance.“
“If you want a quality sub...this is the place! Supplanted in the middle of a neighborhood, one would not see them on a main street, but there lies its charm. Everyone in Watertown knows exactly where to get an inexpensive italian quality lunch or dinner for the family.“
“I made a fairly quick pit stop at Misty Vale Deli & General Store to grab some lunch yesterday afternoon on the recommendation from a buddy of mine who said the Sizzling Sirloin Sandwich is good, which it was. It was a good deal too. I also had a bag of Deep River Jalapeño chips to go with it. Those were a little bit pricey, but the sandwich offset the cost a little. The have many, many great sounding items on the menu. This place is always very busy, so I knew it would be good and worthwhile stopping in.The people who are running it are nice.Bottom line; I’m glad I went there.“
“This is the best deli hand down. Literally everything is handmade, not half can or frozen. I always get a few meals for dinner heat in microwave and it’s as fresh as could be. The owner is always behind the counter cooking, the employees are friendly and helpful when asking about certain dishes. If your in the area stop by and see for yourself.“
“Every now and then I get a craving for a chicken cutlet sandwich. I have a deli less than a mile from my house, very well known one. But I always forget their cutlet is not good - very grissel-ey and just, yuck. This time I did not forget and tried something new to me. And boy oh boy was it delicious! I ordered online, switched to provolone, add mayo and waffle fries. Chicken was crispy and hot, and fries were perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft inside. Staff was very kind, as they should be. Pricing was typical, but better than other places. And they got the whole online order correct! Overall, A++“
“Good place. Changed my opinion of the franchise. Had a poor experience with the Southbury location, but this one was great. The two employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I explained I had no idea what I wanted, and had only had a so-so experience the one time I had been to a Nardelli's before. The guy making the sandwich was incredibly helpful in helping me narrow down what I wanted. Both employees were very friendly and talkative. The sandwich was good, the store was clean, the bathroom was clean and had nice decorations.I wish I had gotten their names, I would absolutely name them. Both are stellar and probably deserve raises. They probably know who they are.Bonus: Now I also know where to get Herr's Jalapeno Popper Cheese puffs. Damn those things are good. They tell me the Southbury location is owned by the same guy. I'm guessing the experience I had there was a one off, and I'll reconsider visiting that location again too.Be Excellent to Each Other, and thanks for a good sandwich!“
“When I discovered Roxbury Market in the eighties, it soon became one of my favorite destinations. I lived in Bethel, but I’d drive up to Roxbury several times a week for sandwiches. It was remodeled sometime in the nineties, and the small back room had tables to enjoy meals with friends. We’d meet there by Jeep, motorcycle, or whatever and sit for an hour sharing a great sandwich, coffee and soft drinks. I moved to Florida in 2004 and miss the Marketplace. But we manage to visit at least once a year when we come back to Roxbury in autumn.“
“Hands down one of the best breakfast sandwiches around. And for a solid price. The cheese is always nice and melted, bacon not overdone, and egg perfectly cooked, even the roll might be lightly toasted. I appreciate there hard work and consistency !! Way to be chef !“
“Had the pleasure of having a buffet prepared by this wonderful place Friday Sept 4th, 2020 at a wedding in Oxford. Everything was wonderful. Excellent food. Very friendly server's, organized, immaculate. Can't ask for anything better.“
“Bacon egg and cheese with double meat and a hash brown topper. It was very tasty although i asked for a Portuguese roll, i think that is there style of one?, not the kind i like though, I will just get it on a regular roll next time. The prices are very reasonable. I think this spot will be the new go too. $2.50 for a bacon egg and cheese before 10am i believe. I also tot a Philly cheesesteak grinder for lunch another day and it was really good“
