“Sometimes, you make promises to go to "that nice place in the next town over" but fate never has you near there when you go out.. Well, I am simply delighted that we *finally* ended up at Bnapoli recently for dinner. The fresh rolls that I thought nobody made anymore, the pleasant service, spectacular wine list, and just simply super fresh Italian dishes. I love going out to eat, and finding a chef's treasure chest of meals that are made with interesting homemade sauces or with unique ingredients that fit the seasons. I am also directing you to look at the photo of the bar where they have an apothecary of tinctures that are used in these delightful cocktails. I would not say that this is an inexpensive place to eat, but if you were going out to enjoy a good meal and enjoy the taste of your drink, enjoy the textures of your food, this is the place you want to be.“
“This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. “I've been going to La Fiorentina Pastry shop for 15 years now. It's a staple of the Italian section of the south end of Springfield. They have the BEST desserts and cakes in Western Mass. I would highly recommend their cannoli cakes if you are looking to branch off from basic chocolate, vanilla, and marble cakes. Great service and great food!“
“We had made Casa Di Lisa our date night spot when we travel to Agawam! We aren’t locals, we travel over a hour and half. We come here twice a year and we are never disappointed around our meals! The food is great and the prices are amazing for the amount of food they give you. We usually get the chicken parmesan however I think I should try another dishes as looking around all the dishes look so good! They have a yummy dessert menu too! Every time I’ve been here there was a man singing songs in Italian which makes the place even more special!!! Excellent job to the staff team at Casa Di Lisa! “We made the reservation based on reviews from TripAdvisor and we were very happy. The food selections varied between seafood, salads, comfort food and steaks. I am alllergic to dairy and the chef made substutions that allowed me to enjoy the sea scallops over delicious spinach rather than risotto. My steak salad was fresh and the steak pieces were melt in my mouth. My husband had grilled salmon and he said it was one of the best meals he has had.“

Lots of varieties; meats; veggies; pasta; salads; fruit; sides and desserts. Mimosas; champagne and Bloody Mary's were great. Plenty of parking and fast seating. The hostess allowed us to choose any available table. Our Waiter (Junior) was attentive; fast; accurate; professional and funny?. I noticed the Wait staff and Hostess were dressed in uniformity; wearing white shirts and black slacks. HOWEVER; I could not believe my eyes ? when I saw the 2 guys at the carving and omelette station. They were wearing "street" clothes (sweats) and beanies on their heads. They were not dressed in uniforms; or at least wearing aprons and matching caps or a hair net. Thank God they had on gloves. Totally; totally unprofessional and unsanitary. Everything was good up until seeing that; very disappointing.“

“My daughter and I go here often after school or after activities. Most of the staff have great personalities and the restaurant usually isn't too bad as far as cleanliness goes. Sometimes the tables and seats could be a little cleaner but its not terrible. The pizza is really good, reminds me of papa ginos (which is my favorite pizza ever). My daughter loves their mozzarella sticks and their sauces for the wings are my absolute favorite! I love the buffalo barbecue sauce, it's delicious! I wouldn't recommend the chicken wraps though, tried a couple times now hoping the first time was a one off but really not the best item on the menu. Got a nasty stomach ache after both times trying one.“

When I worked around the corner in Farmington, Andy's was my go-to for lunch whether dining in or taking out. At their new location in Simsbury, they renovated their space which was formally a dark restaurant, to a bright inviting atmosphere. Andy's menu has something for everyone to enjoy - delicious and priced well. Andy's service is also fantastic. We recommend Andy's to friends and family!“

Pizza, unique and classic appetizers, and entrees that most pubs I've been to don't offer. I started with the Mexican Street corn dip with warm tortilla chips that made me feel I was on a Cancun beach at sunset, so very tasty. Next I had a pastrami rueben burger, it was perfect, it came with crispy beer battered fries, the best. I ordered a medium burger and unlike many, it was cooked medium, slightly pink, huge and juicy, plus, Swiss, pastrami, thousands islands, and cole slaw, I added mustard. I can't believe how fast I ate it, it was a magnet to my mouth. Juicy tasty perfection. When you get a chance, stop in for lunch or dinner and have a great experience like I did.“
