My first time eating a meal here. The atmosphere and ambiance are very nice. The service was quick and the staff are very friendly.The food was delicious and you get a good value for your money. A big breakfast sandwich and a large iced latte were less than $10!If you are visiting downtown Springfield this is the place to grab a bite. I love the ambiance of the cafe, such a warm and an inviting space. The service is wonderful, they truly make you feel at home. And food is such high quality, personally I love the croissants.

I'm only in Springfield for work once every couple of months BUT I always treat myself to Palazzo Cafe on my way home. Cappuccino and Italian cookies for the ride home from the cafe are always delicious. I grew up in a large Italian family and Luisa reminds me of all of my aunties. She's very sweet and makes me feel like I'm in her kitchen at home rather than a coffee shop on Main street. Highly recommended!!
