“Italian ice is delicious and refreshing. You're able to sample flavors. There's sugarfree options as well. They have a drink that has gelato mixed with Italian ice. Service is always great. When it's hot outside, expect a little line but it moves pretty quickly. Inside is clean. There's several tables to sit at but I usually eat mine outside.“
“My gf and I went here recently. The guy told her they were closed but told us to come in. He was very accommodating. When he saw me on crutches he told me I didn't need to come in I could tell him what I wanted and he would bring it to me. That was very very good customer service on his part. I did decline and went inside as I didn't know what I wanted for sure. I hope management sees this review and passes it on to the worker as he deserves to see this and be connmended for his awesome customer service. We will definitely be back. I wish I got his name but I didn't all I know is the guy had a accent.“
“Very nice, busy location. Great cookies in interesting flavors. Cookies are soft, not crispy fyi. The location is clean and secure. Limited parking in front of the store and due to location near a congested exit from the shopping plaza, I'd recommend parking in the main parking lot and walking the short distance.“

The ice-cream was delicious and the driver (unfortunately forgot her name, very sweet blonde woman) did a great job keeping up with the orders. The pricing was very fair and the flavors were very unique, people loved the different options! The staff were also super accommodating to our last minute attendee changes. Would 10/10 recommend this truck for any event.“
“The best ice cream! It’s better than cold stone creamery. Not only is there a great menu but you can have it made exactly the way you want when you build your own concoction. They also offer lactose free in EVERY flavor…it doesn’t get better than that. Plus, you get to watch them make it, from scratch!“

“Milk and heavy cream are super rich and delicious! The farm is beautiful. The glass deposit makes the initiative to reuse the glass bottles a perfect idea. I used my heavy cream to make butter and buttermilk. I highly recommend this dairy farm. Can't wait to try the ice cream.“

“Manchester is my home town but I live 2000 miles away, but e when I return home I try to hit Shady Glen. SG is renown for its cheeseburgers and ice cream. Those are completely great choices, for sure, but I go down-menu for a scallop platter or whole belly clams. I get their fries and Cole slaw whenever I can. My mom accompanied me this trip, and just ordered French fries and Cole slaw, with a half-gallon of chocolate chip ice cream. I can't argue with those selections. Perfect. I got a hot fudge sundae with mint chocolate chip, scratching a childhood era itch. I love this place.“
