I used to go to the Wendys in Vernon at least twice a week. I work third shift and often pick up my dinner on the way around midnight. The older gentleman at the drive through clearly did not want to be working. He was angry that I came at midnight one night (they dont close until after 2am) He ended up tossing my order into my lap from the window, and on top of that the food was more than stale. I gave it a four-star for service only because it was packed with people very busy so that was not the workers fault. They just work lots and lots of customers otherwise I would’ve gave it to five, but I had to wait quite a while. Young men at the register was very slow at ringing people up number was not called when it was up so my food had been sitting there a little while without me knowing it they’re not calling the numbers on the tickets.

I’ve been thru this one many times, for drink, burger or nuggets & it’s been ok, but tonight I learned something useful: that 1:00 am closing time is in name only. I was told they shut down the grill & fryers at 12:30. Then I was told I should get there by 12! (Idk why he pushed it back another half hour, but if that’s the case then they should just say they close st 12.)
