Brass City Bistro offers amazing food, including fried shrimp not on the menu. The French onion soup has delicious broth and perfect cheese blend, although the frizzled onions could be toned down. The Cesar salad is huge and the coconut shrimp is really good. The staff is friendly and attentive. With huge portions executed nicely, it's a great spot for a meal before a show at The Palace.
