Dunkin' Donuts in Waterbury

“If you don't rate this five stars or don't see the amazing customer service they provide You are insane and need to have a psychiatric evaluation immediately.

Parking: Roughly 20 spots

Kid-friendliness: I would say it's kid-friendly because they sell donuts. I don't know any kids and doesn't like donuts.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it has wheelchair accessibility and handicap parking“

“Place it's good. They always make the coffee the way I want it and the people behind the counter it's nice. Nothing bad to say about this Dunkin donuts. Also plenty of parking. Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

“Stopped during a long trip for a bathroom break. Only one bathroom here so there was a line. But the staff didn't bother anyone waiting. Wound up getting a coffee ☕️ specialty drink to go.
Worked out fine for us.

“I've been a customer of this Dunkin donuts for many years. I remember when Gibson first started. Some years I was there more than others due to convenience of where I worked at the time. The past two years I've been going there 2-3 times a day, 5-7 days a week faithfully. I know alot of the employees by name, just to name a few of the great employees that I have interactions with on a day to day basis...Rita, super helpfu, answers any questions or concerns I havel; Stephanie, she's not on the ball, she's way ahead of it, a super amazing and efficient employee; Nick is my go to in the afternoons. Takes his job seriously and professionally,I know I can always count on Nick to take care of my order.
With all that being said, lately I have been displeased with a situation that I have been encountering. With the colder weather coming into play, I've been ordering hot coffee more rather than my usual cold brew, in particularly the midnight.which is for the most part not a problem except for when I go there at 5pm. I was told originally that they stop making it for that time frame so I went to the Dunkin donuts on Chase Ave and ordered it no problem. The next day I asked Nick about it and he said he would take care of it. The next time I went at that time frame, I was told that it could be made but the pot was not clean and had burnt residue in it so...yeah I opted out. It's a little unsettling that I have to go out of my way to another Dunkin donuts that closes at the same time, and most importantly, I am not a valued customer of. I'm not sure if this is a internal policy of this particular location to stop making certain coffee after a particular time or ...“

“There are 2 dunkins closer to my home and I go to this one whenever I'm getting dunkin because their service is always great, friendly and fast and they always make my drinks perfectly! (Even if I order them a little weird) Also the food is always hot and crispy. Can not say enough good things about this dunkin!“

“Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I'd caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. This is my new spot for as long as I live in Connecticut and I would literally go out of my way if I were you to go to this Dunkin (especially if you plan to have a medical emergency bc these ladies are cool af under pressure lol). The girls do everything they can to accommodate you and make sure that you're satisfied with your order and they do it in such a genuinely kind way that it starts your day off beautifully. Thank you ladies, you have my love and my gratitude.“

“I like you guys but today I am disappointed it’s usually really hard for me to eat due to stomach issues so when I want to eat I get really excited my coffee awesome but my bread with avocado and bacon not it wasn’t toasted and had no bacon couldn’t even eat it I was hoping for something warm. I work in a field where I don’t usually have time to eat lunch because I’m dealing with patients all day. Please let’s be mindful next time.“

“I don’t know who’s running the drive thru. These are the most polite Dunkin’ Donuts employees I have EVER encountered. I’m not even kidding you! They ensure your order is correct. And I can also tell by looking at my ice coffee if it’s gonna taste good or not. This Dunkin’ does not disappoint. Go see for yourself. They definitely go the extra mile. I went back several days after and still the same great service.“

“I ordered a big order through the drive through and despite the line being long and the workers being busy, the workers were so nice and such in a good mood. They had a good crew working together. I appreciate them because usually you’d get attitude because of the circumstances but they were so positive. (08/05/22 morning crew)“

“Nice & Hot!It's virtually impossible this time of year to ever get your breakfast back to wherever you were going w/o it being super cold.... {I ate mine on the drive home; the bacon made me do it!} I Ordered (2) Bacon/Egg/Cheese on Plain Bagels (I keep it pretty basic) & (2) coffees...Got home, handed my fiance the keys and the D&D's (Later he said he's couldn't believe how fast I must have gone bc it was nice & hot + coffees were made ?*Idk what kinda magic they got working!? But everything seems to stay hot until I get to where I'm going! & (never burned either!)“
