I ordered takeout from Hana tonight and unfortunately I wasn't too impressed with the food I received. The sushi was decent, but I was very disappointed with the hibachi dinner. I feel like it didn't have much flavor and was shocked by the portion size. I ordered the dinner which was $23.99 I got maybe 10-12 very small pieces of chicken. I'm very choosy when it comes to sushi or sashimi. Hana helped fulfill my craving for sashimi, edamame, and miso soup. I had it delivered to me, and it was everything I wanted and more. The soup was rich and flavorful, but not heavy. The edamame was cooked to perfection with just enough salt to bring out the deeper tones of it. Now for the sashimi... oh. My. God. This is my second order from Hana via Doordash. The Sumo Roll was so delicious. I thought I was going to have leftovers but instead I ate the entire thing standing at my kitchen counter. My last order involved filet mignon and it was excellent. Cooked to perfection with no gristle. The chicken dumpling soup was a little overcooked, but that was outshined by the rest of the meals.
