“Today was my first time eating here and I have to say, it brought me back to the days I would walk down Nostrand Ave and get a plate from the Ras. My son had the jerk chicken and I had the oxtail. It’s nice to have the good island food so close to home again. And it’s nice that my son can enjoy the foods of his culture so close. The only word he said when eating was Mmmmmmmm :)“
“Hubby and I drove from Shelton,CT., we were searching for "ROTI" because we only had it when we shopped in New York. Finally we found it and only had to drive half hour to get this delectable dish thanks it was just what we wanted“
“Man, there’s not a lot of good Jamaican food in the Waterbury area. The food here was amazing. The taste, quality and quantity was more than what I bargained for. Price is good too. I’ll always come back. Love the lady that’s cooking it up.“
