“As a disabled person, the ability to have someone make my coffee/tea to my specifications is fantastic. Plus the barista made my hot sandwich and brought it to my seat without being asked. So of course I tipped them. The food was fresh and warm and my beverage was at the perfect temperature and made exactly how I wanted it. Although it's not a true Starbucks, being inside of Barnes and Noble, it was actually better. In my humble opinionWheelchair accessibility: Was helped to get in the store, helped at the counter and they provided table service“
“I don't know why people are giving this place such bad reviews. I've been here many times, and they are pretty consistent.I do think they could improve the atmosphere here. Other than the music, it's pretty basic.Today, I found my coffee pretty weak in flavor. I never return coffee but it's expensive at Starbucks. I asked them to make it again with an eye on a richer flavor, and I got what I wanted.I would say the staff is friendly but in a professional detached way. It's hard to please everyone. I don't expect hugs and kisses ? ? ?And for the guy who said we should make our coffee at home, I don't have all the equipment Starbucks has, so I am consciously spending $$ today for the fancy way they can do it.“
“Service was excellent. Coffee turned out just the way I wanted them to make it. Barristas took the time to tell me about a lot of the other products and gifts they had displayed for the holiday season. They were also very personable and nice to talk to. It was a great experience at this location which I don't always see at other locations. They got an A+ from me.“
“For me, as someone who is frequently in need of a meeting spot easily accessible from a major highway, this Starbucks location certainly does the trick in the Waterbury area. In the world of Starbucks franchises, this one offers ample parking, good seating and an overall "clean," modern, recently renovated vibe. Coffees and food are standard "Starbucks" quality. Staff is friendly, efficient and speedy.“
