“I came in with my daughter today really just dying for a slice, we live in Niantic and were in the neighborhood and stopped by. This felt like home (originally born and raised in NY) the vibe of the people the atmosphere he knew almost everyone’s name walking in and genuinely seemed to have cared to give such good attention and service. The gentleman upfront took care of us, instead of a couple slices gave us a small pie and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely will Be back again !!”

I also absentmindedly left my purse behind and was flipping out at home not knowing where I'd left it. I got a late message on Facebook from the Manager, Lori Rattell, saying they had found my bag and would hold it for me to pick up the next day.

I can't say enough about how grateful I am for the kindness of strangers!! Unfortunately rare these days to find such honest and good people! We will return soon!”

“I frequent this particular olive garden so I have plenty of experience with them. I will say, while the staff is friendly and normally attentive. Like anywhere else, it can be hit or miss. 2 visits ago was supurb, with a waiter that really seems to be into his job. Friendly and helpful were the order of the day. Whereas my most recent visit wasn't great. It took 15-20 minutes to get seated despite not being very busy. The seating was only available in the bar area which we could've sat ourselves had we known this. It took 3 more minutes to get a menu, 10 more minutes to get silverware, and then they finally asked us for our drinks and food order.

Like I said, it's usually a good time. But sometimes, even the best run places have a rough day.

Vegetarian options: There are options for vegetarian individuals. But being based on an Italian restaurant, a lot of things offer meat.

Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free options for those that need it.

Parking: There are many many spaces in all directions around the building as it tends to seat quite a few people.

Kid-friendliness: There are menus and items for children upon request. The staff tends to treat children fairly and as individuals.

Wheelchair accessibility: A lot of flat surfaces and plenty of handicapable parking.”

“We had the most wonderful experience with Langley’s for our small, intimate wedding reception. The customer service was great from start to finish. The event manager Brian was incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of, ensuring our day went smoothly. The food was fantastic and we received rave reviews from our guests. The team went above and beyond by setting up our decorations exactly as we envisioned, making the space look beautiful. They were also very accommodating and willing to work with us in case we needed to move our outdoor ceremony indoors, as well. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a place to hold your event.”

“We have found this place about 2 years ago and won’t go anywhere else! We started out apprehensive due to some reviews about the quality of service. We have never had an issue and everyone has been lovely. Their boneless spare ribs, general Taos, and crab rangoons are our go tos but they also have Phenomenal sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli and egg drop soup. Honestly I could list a ton more because we haven’t had anything bad there ever! So glad we found this place!”

“I stopped in to get to get an iced coffee as a treat and was greeted by Emily. Emily couldn’t have been more personable and friendly. She’s the kind of person who would make this my favorite location. I was sad I couldn’t tip her for her customer service and helpful attitude but she definitely deserves it.”

“Brooke did a fantastic job informing, advising, and showing me all of the features and options for glasses I could purchase as well as the insurance and warranty. I got there a little after 5 and Brooke took her time explaining everything to me and even stayed till after they close around 6:20 when they close at 6. She said they could be flexible with where I can pick up the glasses since I live halfway between the Waterford and Coventry BJ's and she said I could get them repaired at either BJ's as well. She went above and beyond with her customer service!! It took a week and a day for the glasses to come in which I consider very quick. I am very excited to pick up my two new pairs of glasses in the next few days!!”

“Excellent food everything was fresh and hot. Very filling, the only negative thing is it's kind of expensive to order. The beef Lo mein is full of flavor and chewy. The eggroll was perfect not hard crunch. Fortune cookies are always nice to have in the order.”

“It was a random Sunday and my daughter and I needed something for dinner. We normally frequent the Groton CT location but we ventured here today. When we walked in the place was empty but so clean! All the tomatoes and other condiments were filled nice and high and looked fresh. The two gentlemen assisting us were super friendly and helpful! Seriously one of the best experiences here!”
