Don't bring up any mistakes with your order at this Dunkin. The manager is unwilling to fix an obvious overcharge and condescending about it. I didn't even get the item I was overcharged for. When I called back she was still defensive and rude. I just left it and didn't go back, remodeled or not still the worst Dunkin customer service in the area.
Woman on the intercom showed poor customer service and was very aggressive. We would have ordered more if it wasn't for her poor attitude. I would’ve thought “It is what it is.” but then my drink order was wrong. A terrible experience overall. Slow service, rude staff, incorrect orders. Taking my business elsewhere.

The young lady that was taking orders at the window for drive thru was very RUDE, doesn't listen to orders. Had me repeat twice of what I wanted to ask what did you say again the third time. I simply drove off! People take their time to stop before work and they get unprofessional service! Work on customer service.
