If I could give 0 stars I would. Worseeeee customer service. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half like I do always and the lady told me she couldn’t do that for me. I asked why and she said her manager said if they didn’t wanna do it then they didn’t have to. Mind you I always get my sandwiches cut in half always. If I could leave zero stars I would. I noticed flys all over the food, Upon bringing it to the Managers attention she was very rude, Dismissive. I asked her name and she refused. One of her employees said her name is Melissa but looked fearful of answering the questions. Health department will be called. Place was absolutely disgusting

I generally like this place but they gave me a regular coffee that they tried to pass off as Midnight. Midnight is very strong and what they gave me was very weak. I could only taste Splenda and barely tasted the coffee. I HATE weak coffee. Especially in the morning. I ended up pouring it out and making my own pot, which defeats the purpose. Go to the one across from Walmart instead. At least they'll make a fresh pot of Midnight instead of trying to pull a fast one with WEAK...read full review
