The Owners, a Japanese-Korean couple, serves all sorts of uplifting Asian comfort foods - as though your (Asian) grandmothers home cooked them- the Beef Bulgogi, Banchan, and Lettuce Wraps and Sizzling Beef and Shrimp Bento are my favorites. Ken, the Co-Owner of Yuki Kitchen, was the Sushi Chef at Fjord Fish Market, the popular seafood market that provides the highest quality responsibly-sourced seafood available with locations in Greenwich, New Canaan, Darien, Westport, Larchmont, and Brooklyn, for many years. The freshly-made sushi are simple, flavorful but not a must but the Rainbow Kimbap (lovely cooked Korean Sushi) is, always a joy to eat! I would definitely be coming back for more of the Bulgogi; Beef and Shrimp Bento; Bibimbap Rice Bowl; Buddha's Delight, an outstanding Chinese vegetarian dish that features tasty colorful vegetables, bouncy glass noodles and fried braised tofu; Karaage Fried Chicken, especially with all the irresistible sauces: Roasted Garlic Mayo, Yum Yum, and Gochujang; Kimbap; and wonderful Banchan: cabbage kimchee, chunky cucumber kimchee, and white daikon paper (Ssam-Mu).“
“The food here was so good for such an affordable price. I ate the Szechuan broth with tons of pork belly and beef as well as beef bulgogi. Everything was great and the customer service was amazing. All the staff was so considerate and kind. 10/10 would highly recommend!“
“You need to visit this spot ASAP!! It was our first time having Korean BBQ and definitely wont be our last time, it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We got the Butcher's Feast for 2 and it came with 4 different types of meats, A5 Wagyu (it literally melted in our mouth, the best steak ever.. I am still thinking about it), Bulgogi, Galbi, and Filet Mignon. All of the steak was such high quality meat and so delicious. Simon and his staff came to the table and cooked the meat for us and seasoned everything perfectly and cooked the meat to perfection. The meal came with a variety of traditional Korean banchan and the fried rice was delicious and they even showed us exactly how to make a Korean lettuce wrap. We also got the pork bao buns and fire man roll which were both also amazing!! My husband got sake and I tried the lychee martini and then a ginger martini which were both so tasty! Simon and his staff were very welcoming and SO sweet, they kept coming to our table to make sure everything was good! Gogi will now be one of our go to date night spots. It was honestly one of the best meals and experiences we’ve had in a while! We can't wait to go back! :)“

I don’t have a pic of the Japchae, but that’s probably my favorite dish here so far. The plain Udon noodle soup I had today was delicious, very flavorful, and the noodles were perfect and just the right balance of soft and chewy.Side notes:- they play k pop ? - best ramune selection in town“
“The food here was incredible. I ordered 3 rolls of sushi and miso soup for lunch to work and ordered extra food for dinner later. The sushi and soup was great. And the Korean fried chicken and fried rice and chicken and broccoli I ordered for my partner and I for dinner was sooooo good and it sat in my fridge all day at work and was reheated hours later and I was still blown away. I can't wait to order from here again!“
