“You need to visit this spot ASAP!! It was our first time having Korean BBQ and definitely wont be our last time, it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We got the Butcher's Feast for 2 and it came with 4 different types of meats, A5 Wagyu (it literally melted in our mouth, the best steak ever.. I am still thinking about it), Bulgogi, Galbi, and Filet Mignon. All of the steak was such high quality meat and so delicious. Simon and his staff came to the table and cooked the meat for us and seasoned everything perfectly and cooked the meat to perfection. The meal came with a variety of traditional Korean banchan and the fried rice was delicious and they even showed us exactly how to make a Korean lettuce wrap. We also got the pork bao buns and fire man roll which were both also amazing!! My husband got sake and I tried the lychee martini and then a ginger martini which were both so tasty! Simon and his staff were very welcoming and SO sweet, they kept coming to our table to make sure everything was good! Gogi will now be one of our go to date night spots. It was honestly one of the best meals and experiences we’ve had in a while! We can't wait to go back! :)“
“My daughter and I were in the mood for Sushi and happened to be in the area. So we went here based on Yelp reviews. The inside of the establishment is small, so if your looking to have a get together, this place might not fit your needs. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. They have a wide variety of food and sushi options to choose from. I do not remember the names of the rolls I ordered but they were vary good. I did order the tuna tartar and it was good. My daughter ordered the Philadelphia rolls. We had a good time, if in the area I recommend.“
“A classy way to experience Japanese cuisine! Love the vibe at this former firehouse. We visited on a Wednesday evening and they were packed, so this is definitely a popular spot, and for good reason! They have a great variety on the menu with some unique items that I don’t see too often on typical Japanese restaurants, like the crab fried rice with quail eggs and wild mushroom bao. We really enjoyed the matcha Kit Kats for dessert! Impressive timing from the kitchen and professional staff. Definitely a great place to dine in Westport!“
“I have been frequenting little kitchen since it was a take out spot on Main Street. They suffered a bit during covid and have come back stronger than ever. Ask for Tyler as your waiter. He is fabulous and very knowledgeable about the menu!!! Enjoy and don't be shy about asking for extra spice!!“
“This was my first time here and I was surprised reading some of the other reviews. I don't know if changes have been made since, but I had a great experience. I came in through the back and my first impression was that everything was SO clean. So clean that I took notice. Floor, walls, bathroom, supply area, kitchen. Sparkling clean and organized. I only saw two employees working when I came in and they both took the time to say hello and thank me for coming. I ordered the new lobster bowl and was very impressed with both the quality and portion. There was more lobster in the bowl than in some lobster rolls I've gotten. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. I thought it was well worth the price. I definitely plan on coming back.“
“Straight As for Tengda!! This restaurant is our consistent go-to for delicious Pan-Asian food and sushi in Westport & FF County. The ingredients are always fresh and the taste never disappoints our foodie palettes & high-standards. A big bonus for our family is that the menu offers plenty of Gluten Free options and the kitchen takes food allergies seriously and attentively. The atmosphere is cozy, relaxing and inviting. The owners are gracious hosts and the service is always pleasant. Definitely give this place a visit if you already haven’t!!!Dietary restrictions: Menu very accommodating for Gluten Free needs“
“I absolutely love everything about this restaurant. I love the hibachi and the chefs energy and I love sitting back where it's quiet by the fireplace. They are so accommodating. I can request my sushi rolls be made the way I like them with no questions asked. The servers and the hostess are always super friendly. I would gladly bring my friends and family from out of state here to enjoy the sushi. The food is always fresh and the environment is always friendly and welcoming.“
“Ordered 30 cake pops for my daughter’s birthday that couldn’t have been more delicious! They had many recommendations from local mom’s and they did not disappoint! The owner allowed me to help customize the design. They were individually wrapped and are good in the fridge for up to 3 weeks!“
“One of the better sushi places I’ve experienced in Fairfield County, with a lovely ambiance! We experienced outstanding service, and even on a very busy Saturday evening, service moved right along. Our sushi and other food was delicious. We’ll be back!“
