I haven’t left a review in a while, but really? This good? I had to! Okay, you asked for it so hear me out -the food was so good that I forgot to take pictures…twice now.- ? We ordered the meat platter both times and could not finish it all. If you haven’t had honey wine (or if you have) give theirs a try. Highly recommend. We found the people very warm and inviting. Give them a try if you find yourself around the area!
Excellent, outstanding, a truly unique and remarkable flavor palate. Both meat and vegetarian dishes are beyond description, they are that good. The woman who greeted us, cooked us lunch and made us very tasty tea was sweet and warm. I just can't say enough about Shewa. You will think it's a little hole in the wall, but it's warm and inviting inside and the food is amazing!

The food here was incredible! The sambusas were so crispy. The lentil was my favorite. We also got the derek tibs and the veggie combo platter. It was delicious we somehow finished the entire plate. Injera was super good too. We also really enjoyed the house made honey wine. It was not too sweet and was really good.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie dishes and vegetarian combo platter
