Had high expectations for the chili dog but was disappointed by the bun as it is the kind you can easily get from grocery store. The hotdog tasted great while the chili was pretty spicy! Overall i felt that this didnt live up to the hype. I prefer Dirt Dog for the roll and the softness of the whole item.The winner was the banana pudding which was so creamy and yummy! It costs more than a hotdog bun though. The pricing is steep! A pity that the restroom doesn't seem to have a lock.
Lucky to be able to enjoy a great Chili Dog (Half Smoke) at a place with so much history.A big thank you to the very friendly staff!Highly recommend to anyone visiting the D.C. area.
