Menu
BLT Steak D.C. offers a refined and welcoming atmosphere, with a menu featuring a variety of delectable dishes. The restaurant's service is exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable dining experience. The menu showcases an array of options, including tuna tartare, steak tartare, lobster salad, and the signature New York steak. The cowboy steak is a standout, and the Orchid cocktail and Gruyère popovers are highly recommended. The crepe soufflé provides a unique and delicious dessert option. While the dim lighting and pricey sides may be minor drawbacks, the overall experience at BLT Steak D.C. is exceptional, earning it a well-deserved reputation as a great choice for a special occasion.
The steak is cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The complementary popover bread, similar to a Yorkshire pudding, is a delightful start to the meal – airy, light, and incredibly addictive. The rich and creamy spinach pairs beautifully with the steak, creating a match made in culinary heaven. BLT Steak D.C. excels in both food and service, making it a must-visit for steak lovers in the capital.
