This is a location that's gone through many trials and tribulations throughout the years. Every now and then I had seen signs posted on the door that indicate a risk of this place closing. To this day, I'm very glad it hasn't. Of all the Booeymonger locations that I know of, this one in particular has a special place in the neighborhood that it's in. Chevy Chase location - great spot for lunch. Sorry the Georgetown location closed. I'm sure the students are wishing it was still there! If anybody knows, let me know if it just moved.

This place is back re-opened it at the Friendship Heights location... I have been eating at Boogeymanger for more than 30 years either at MD or DC location. Food tastes the same as those days. Home fries for breakfast are the best... Manhattan sandwich and Miami Burger still one of the best.A great service and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend for brunch on weekends or at any time for a great deli sandwich.... One of the best in the area
