This is a really cool lowkey spot on the u street corridor. It's located downstairs which gives it a speakeasy kind of feel with brick walls, wooden decor, and a small bar surrounded by a few small tables and even a nice little fireplace towards the entrance. Vibes- like ripple waves across the still lake, warm inviting, is the vibe of the decor, the comfortable/swank furniture, as well as the manager and all the staff Great music and people vibes, drew me right in, a little R&B Karoke/open mic. One of my favorite burger spots in DC. They underwent a renovation in the past years so some things have changed but I always enjoy their burger happy hour and Cajun fries. I've taken quite a few people here and they've enjoyed it as much as I have, and always ask me to return.
