AMAZING food and amazing service. We're visiting DC from Texas and stopped in by chance - totaly worth it!
TERRIBLE. Just ordered and paid for online at Hilo Poke DC location (18th st) - the website is fully operational, took my credit card and I got a confirmation email that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. Walked down to find the place is closed and nobody answering phone. This is ridiculous.

Hilo Vibe House offers poke bowls that are the most consistent in DC. The ingredients are always fresh. The staff is welcoming and has given complimentary miso soup. Birthday dinners are a lovely experience with superb hospitality. Happy Hour specials are well priced and the drinks are house-created recipes that are great. The atmosphere is amazing for pictures and the food is phenomenal. The sushi is the best tasting and freshest in a long time; $10 for 10 pieces of omakase styled nigiris is a great deal. Poke bowls also have yuzu ponzu sauce option. Udon, including chicken katsu curry udon, never disappoints. Prices are amazing, and the place is a must in DC.
