Happened three times in less than a month- After I placed my order adjusting my break time, they told me some thing(some recipe) is missing. So, I have to wait another 15-20 minutes waiting for another order. This could have been easily managed thru the app so that I decide what to order. This particular site repeatedly runs out of some recipe ingredients.Please do better!!!!!!!!
I used to eat here a lot late at night, if I wouldn't get sleep or felt no sleep early in the morning while homeless. I was homeless at the time, thank God I have a lovely home in Uganda-my home country. No one at all gave me a hard time while eating here(odd orders), my meals were always in order and very accurate. I have almost zero complaits except that the hospital always failed to keep the bathrooms well stocked with essentials like toilet seat paper covers and paper towels....read full review

Not impressed by my takeout order today. I ordered a half turkey sandwich, only asking they remove the tomato and they gave me a plain turkey and cheese sandwich - no greens or condiments. For the $7 I paid, I expected better attention to my food. I asked for some chicken with my salad as well and quality with that was just as bad, very few pieces and just gross cuts. Don't think this place is worth the money, at least not paired with the service quality.
