My first time ordering at this papa Johns and I had ordered delivery and an item was left out, as well as one of my pizzas weren't cooked as I expected. When I called the store customer service was amazing. I spoke to a manager his name was Mike he made sure that he fixed the problem immediately with no hesitation and made sure that I was satisfied. I ordered food from this Papa John's multiple times usually my food is amazing and customer service is great. This past Thursday 9/21/2023My pizza wasn't fully cooked it was doey had to put it in the air fryer and my chicken garlic parmesan flavored wasn't as good as normal and I received 7 drums and 1 flat disappointed.
