As soon as you enter the Peacock Cafe, you are treated like family. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In addition to the wonderful service, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. I had a prix fixe meal which included a pistacchio soup, steak frites, and a berries with sorbet for dessert. All were tasty with impressive presentation. Great restaurant for dining while in the Georgetown area.
The Peacock Cafe is a gem. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and lively energy vibe. The warm stuffed grape leaves and beet salad were fresh and delicious. The grouper encrusted with pistachio served over a generous bed of spinach and surrounded by a subtle sweet sauce laced with cherries was pure bliss. This is a wonderful gem of a restaurant in Georgetown. Very cute, clean crisp white tablecloths and a soft pink hue from the side lighting. Everything we ordered was divine - from the fried calamari and hummus appetizers, to the pistachio crusted mahi/grouper to dessert was tasty and beautifully presented. Impeccable service. Would definitely come back!
