The epitome of excellence, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everything is executed to perfection. The staff is lovely and warm, the food is stellar, and the ambiance is unbeatable. Everything make you feel warm and at home. We had the squash salad, mac and cheese, and for entrees chose the smash burger and steak frites.
Went here for dinner recently and I really didn’t love it. The food is just ok (ish) and the service was a little slow. But the part that irked me most was this note they left saying they’d add 20% to our bill for service costs but not tip (tip is extra?). I’d prefer a restaurant just charges me what they need me to pay for the cost of food/ops/whatever. Saying you want me to pay $X + 20% + tip is just weird to me. We celebrated a 50th birthday party here with 80 people - the guests absolutely loved it! The staff is fabulous and the food was just wonderful. Also a great place for brunch or dinner. Totally recommend!!
