Teaism is a well-known teahouse brand with four shops in Washington, DC. I prefer the one in Dupont Circle because it has a cozy and homely feel, especially the upstairs dining area with windows overlooking the street. As a frequent customer, I know they have great food, great tea, and in this location, a very crowded dining room upstairs. In order at the front and wait for your food then find a table. The downtown location has spacious dining room downstairs with a koi pond.
