The food was great. Our appetizer didn't arrive before our entrees. We had to remind the waiter. Although the waiter said they were short staffed, I saw staff talking to each other and ignoring customers. Maybe your experience will be better?
The atmosphere was nice and my food was delicious (Cajun Pasta). The portion sizes were small, but that's ok.We received VERY POOR service from all bartenders, especially Karon. Karon was assigned to us. It took him 5 minutes to give us a menu b/c he chose to restock liquor bottles first. All other bartenders walked by us without handing us a menu. I have heard good things about The Delegate but this was my first time attempting to visit the restaurant. I went around 9:30 on a Wednesday night. Waited for a hostess to come to the host stand for at least 20 minutes before I decided that standing right beside the host stand might grab someone's attention.
