“Went for the first time on a rainy weeknight. Place was fantastic. Owner was friendly and greeted us. Front counter staff was nice. Ice cream was absolutely delicious. Loved the variety. The setup and decor of the location is fun and inviting. Everyone was happy, plenty of space to sit down and relax. Other treats available as well. Great experience, good location. “As someone who loves dessert, I wanted to have something extra for our wedding. I also thought the idea of a food truck at a wedding was a lot of fun. I came across Gotta Lotta Gelata. My now-husband and I went to try some flavors with Petra and brought a few pints home, which disappeared pretty quickly. Having the Gotta Lotta Gelata truck come to our wedding was definitely a highlight. Everyone loved it and it helped make our wedding memorable. Petra is great to work with as well!“

“Was on my way back from a hike and had a hankering for something sweet. Stopped by and to my surprise they were open. Had my favorite from here, an orange cream milkshake. Very thick and tasty. With tax ,for a large, $7 and change. Thank goodness, Spring is only few weeks away.“

“When I heard about this place I had to go and check it out, Mexican Ice Cream. I was overjoyed with the customer service and the establishment was great. It ran decently and in order. Of course when I go, the line was outside the door, but once I got inside it was pretty nice. I ordered Rum Raisin, heard it was very good and I ordered Buttered Pecan. Both flavors were good. The rum raisin had lots of raisins, the butter pecan didn't have any pecans in it but it was still good and I gave it 5 stars instead of 4. I just hope they see this review and note to add pecans in the Buttered Pecan flavor ice cream. And I love the smooth texture nice and soft. I'll be visiting soon...“

“We have Georgeo's water ice delivered to our baseball organization, and it is the best around. The water ice is smooth, delicious, and the best around. The prices are perfect and allow you to make a profit. And they deliver on time and they are there when they say they will be. Employees are all very nice, helpful, and all-around awesome people. I would recommend Georgeo's for all you bulk water ice and noveltie needs.“

“This place is wonderful. Kids love their frozen yogurt. Their staff are amazing. I brought two boys there for a treat the other day with only my phone. They don't accept Google pay unfortunately but their staff let me and the boys go with their bowls with a smile. Of course I went back to pay - their trust in their customers was incredible.“

“Our timing on Saturday could not have been better with Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard closing after Sunday for the season ? I got my traditional blue raspberry with custard and the wife got her root beer with custard. They were delicious! Rita should consider staying open through Halloween as I am sure they could come up with some ghoulish flavors to trick or treat us ?“
“Delicious ice cream! This was my first visit; stopped after eating spicy Thai food nearby. The rum raisin did not skimp on raisins nor rum flavor! My husband enjoyed the peach, full of peach chunks. Service was prompt and friendly. I thought the price was very reasonable. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area!“
“Listen! I’ve been going to this Rita’s since 1997. At the tender age of 10, having spent my life growing up in Colorado where water ice isn’t a thing.....It was THE first place I ever tasted this magical creation.Today I called looking for banana water ice. The very nice woman on the phone said she didn’t have any BUT she would make it for me within the hour! I mean talk about customer service! I was flabbergasted I knew this place was awesome since I was a kid having spent many a summer night sitting on the bench with my dad but to add to the nostalgia the customer service is out of this world I cannot recommend this establishment anymore to anyone it is hands-down the best Rita’s in the state of Delaware!!!!I look forward to bringing my children and someday grandchildren to share a memory and sweet treat on the same benches with such gracious folks!“
