“This is the best ice cream spot I've ever been to. The staff is really nice and the owner as well. Biggest ice cream selection I've ever seen, nothing basic about this place. The shops vibe makes you feel like you're down the shore on vacation. Excellent in every way!“

“Our timing on Saturday could not have been better with Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard closing after Sunday for the season ? I got my traditional blue raspberry with custard and the wife got her root beer with custard. They were delicious! Rita should consider staying open through Halloween as I am sure they could come up with some ghoulish flavors to trick or treat us ?“
“I wasn't going to post a review, but today I had another bad experience. About a month ago I waited over 25mins for 3 waterices & a funnel cake. I noticed on my receipt I was charged for an extra waterice. The cashier fixed it & apologized, but when I got the funnel cake it was hard as a rock so I returned it to the window. The teenager at the window told me he couldn't refund me & that he had to wait for his boss to get back. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to wait for another. So I sternly & kindly told him "that's not how business works sweetheart. This is no fault of my own. I need my money back please." He hesitantly gave it back. When I went today, there was a customer waiting for her order. Once she got it, the worker walked away while myself & another person waited in line. I waited for 2-3mins and left. I love that there's teenagers working there. Keeping the kids busy during the summer. However, the customer service just isn't good. They're kind but they don't seem to know what they're doing. Otherwise the waterice is delicious! Variety of flavors to choose from. Despite my experiences, I do recommend Dinos!“
“These ladies tonight were IMPECABLE! The way they acknowledged my granddaughter was amazing. She wanted pink sprinkles only on her ice cream, the young lady helping her decide was the greatest, no pink sprinkles could have turned into a catastrophe, this young lady talked her into rainbow sprinkles with pink and purple gummy bears! This is service...going a bit out of their way, making it fun for the kids! We will definetly be back and spreading the word about your staff!! Oh the ice cream was loved! Water ice too!“
“If Rita’s is looking for someone to show/train other Rita’s how it’s done this Rita’s is it. Chris(manager) is amazing. If you have a flavor that’s not on the list, he’ll make it. If it’s not in stock, he’ll go get it from another Rita’s, even if you tell him not to worry about it. The online list of flavors is on the website faithfully everyday which is nice because I don’t have to call and bug them. Always clean, napkins stocked, trash empty, and plenty of workers to take your order. You can’t go wrong with this Rita’s. Customer service is beyond. Thank you for all you do Chris! We appreciate it!“
“Went there with four of my grandchildren on the first day of Spring. The line was long for free water ice, but the help handled it really well. We came at 4 PM which may have been close to the height of the mania. I was amazed we were able to find parking in the back. They were even willing to give us a mixture of two water ices on the free day.“
“My wife loves a vanilla double malted milk shake once in a while (or if possible everyday). We now have new go to place to get one or two of these. Sweet Lucy's makes the best around, and they have some good competition. I did not get the name of the young lady who made this for us yesterday, but Meg Hurst knows. “We were so surprised with the choices. Salads, Sandwiches, Chicken Fingers, VERY GOOD burgers. I watched him drop my FRESH burger and look it live. I love this place for its smoothie bar with REAl fruit too! Urban cafe should be in more locations.... Thanks URBAN TEAM for a great visit!“
“The staff was attentive, pleasurable and professional. The water-ice, 1 Gallon of Mango, 1 quart Lemon & 2 quarts Root beer, were all as good as ever. A local FM radio station was setting up a prize wheel, sandbag toss and ring toss games, for a soon to start event. Rita's Water-Ice locations are well positioned, clean and easily accessible.Enjoy!“
“Seemed like a nice place. I only had a coffee on can't say much about the desserts. However, It was open around 10pm while other places were not, so that's a great thing! Also had a lot of customers at that time, so must sell good ice-creams and desserts.“
“I'm not always a fan of frozen yogurt and normally prefer soft serve but this place has really good frozen yogurt and Dole Whip! They even have dividers so you can make your own sampler within your cup. And the owner was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again!“
“When I heard about this place I had to go and check it out, Mexican Ice Cream. I was overjoyed with the customer service and the establishment was great. It ran decently and in order. Of course when I go, the line was outside the door, but once I got inside it was pretty nice. I ordered Rum Raisin, heard it was very good and I ordered Buttered Pecan. Both flavors were good. The rum raisin had lots of raisins, the butter pecan didn't have any pecans in it but it was still good and I gave it 5 stars instead of 4. I just hope they see this review and note to add pecans in the Buttered Pecan flavor ice cream. And I love the smooth texture nice and soft. I'll be visiting soon...“
