I really want to line this restaurant. The nostalgia behind the name and years of good food and great ice cream. After changing ownership years ago, things seem a little off. It becomes hit or miss. I had a delicious BLT but it came with cole slaw that tastes like a chemical.Thankfully the ice cream is still a standout.The wait staff provide service with a smile.I hope the chain survives - I see many closed locations which makes me upset but I can kind of understand why.
Ice cream was pretty good.. got it as an online to-go order and I kinda wish the brownie was separate from the ice cream so I could warm it up some as it was hard.. but overall good experience.. the workers inside were nice.
