I went in the morning on December 28 and the service was terrible. I ordered my drink and the guy who served me was very rude. I waited 20 minutes for my drink and they still didn't give it to me, and I saw that the three people before me didn't either. There were three people serving and no one was doing anything. We ordered a a caramel machiatto and a hot Chai tea latte. Both were horrible tasting. The machiatto did not taste like a machiatto at all. It had a bad flavor, didn't even taste like caramel or anything at all. We are religious to starbucks so i know what a caramel machiatto or a hot tea latte should taste like. I love leaving my cubicle and walking down to the cafeteria to pick up my Starbucks. I order on the app and it's ready by the time I get down there.
