Dunkin' Donuts in Wilmington

“I googled to see what time they closed. I mistakenly thought they closed at 8pm. So I ordered from the app at 640pm.

As my love and I were driving to do a U-turn, saw that the Dunkin (Naamans Rd) was dark. We pulled up, and someone came to the door and opened it for us.

It was after 7, and they waited for us to show up. This has been our dunkin for a while now, mind you, there is a dunkin (Philadelphia Pike) 3 minutes from us.

We will take the extra time to come to this dunkin on Naamans Rd, because their coffee is always amazing. Delicious food, always a smile.

Even if my love isn't there, they always ask for her and see how everyone is doing.“

“With so many dunkins in the area, this one has my loyalty. Due to an unforseen circumstances I wasn't able to pick up my donuts and tea for a couple hours. When i finally got there, the lady at the desk was super nice and made me a fresh tea. I really appreciated that gesture. And the donuts are always delicious.“

“This place was just remodeled. I like that the tables have wireless charging spots. Updated machines and clean working stations always easy on the eyes.

Parking: 20 plus spots but shared with oth businesses

“Very polite. Service is always fast. Even though I only visit two or three times per week they always seem to know my usual order not forgetting the few ice cubes in my coffee. The only knock on them is that it seems their prices go up like every other week even if it's just a nickel or dime.“

“This Dunkin location had very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. The food is made with care. During Holidays, this Dunkin decorates. For Saint Patrick's Day, this Dunkin has green Irish themed decorations everywhere around the store and even hanging from the ceiling. Keep up the good work 👍 -Decorations are a positive thing and make customers think that the staff actually cares how their store looks.“

“Super nice store, very friendly staff..... for some reason the coolata I ordered had an extremely strange taste. Not sure if it was the water they used but it was super gross. Almost a sink water mixed with iron type of taste. It was 95° so I drank my gross $6 coolata?‍♂️“

“This location has better coffee than 1900 Pennsylvania Ave 3 minutes away. They likely clean their machines better and calibrate regularly. Donuts were fresh and picked up by paper holder. Back of the house appears clean. Nice counter staff.“

“Very clean store. Staff listened to Dietary restrictions and immediately Proposed an item that would work well for Us. It was delicious and is now Our new favorite! Definitely worth the walk inside for the Great customer service. Kudos!

“This location is pretty much a carry out coffee shop, and people are too quick to badmouth or judge the employees or service they receive in the 2-3 minutes spent inside the store not realizing how this could affect them. If you’re running late, it’s no one’s fault but yours. Additionally, someone here complained about the drive-thru service, when clearly this location does not have a drive-thru. So when checking the reviews for this store, you may be reading a review for another place. I’ve been going to this location (McKennans’s Church road) for 20+ years and would not go anywhere else despite there being 2 other ones that are closer (Pike Creek and Hockessin)“

“This Dunkin location on West Newport Pike has good food but some of the staff members have a bad understanding of the English language. Its just kind of hard to talk to certain employees handling giving out the food and drinks at the counter“

“Visit this Dunkin' most days of the week, it's right by my house and usually not too crowded. Has improved greatly since the remodel. Always a delight to see Grace and Brooke, they and others go the extra mile. Service speed in years past has been a little hit or miss but the current crew is a big improvement -- fast and friendly!“

“Good evening Family. I arrived to purchase a medium, peppermint mocha hot chocolate without the whipped cream. It was so delicious!!! I wasn't sure that I would like it. I loved it!!! The associates were nice. I enjoyed my experience here. Have a good workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age. There were parking spaces available, and handicapped spaces as well.“
