Pretty much just your average Chinese food spot in Delaware. It's really the only chinese take-out in the area so it's not like you have a choice. The food is actually good, but is no different from any average joint.

Food is usually very good. Service and timeliness can be way slower than expected. Don't recommend anything fried, like egg rolls. They sell donuts now and anything fried tastes like donuts.
